Very punctual, communicative and pleasant. As far as we can tell made a very good job of servicing our boiler.

I have been using Mason Plumbing & Heating for a couple of years now and always found them to be highly reliable, including keeping me updated on arrival times.
I have used other company's in the past who arrange to come out then fail to turn up, This is Not the case with Mason's.
They give honest Information and advice and always go above and beyond.
Joe was really helpful when he came out this week, I had a problem with my boiler and he sorted everything from contacting Worcester Bosh to schedule an appointment, and sorting out my boiler guarantee. So thank you Joe, you help is truly appreciated,

My shower pump had stopped working, which was diagnosed on 18-09-25 and replaced on 19-09-25 .The bath panel was removed while the pump was being seen to and it was replaced more expertly than it had been before, leaving my bathroom beautifully finished.The shower is much quieter than it used to be, which is an added bonus .I shall have no hesitation in contacting Mason Plumbing and heating in the future, when things go wrong.

Boiler, due to its age needed to be stripped down. Was advised a year ago that the fan was also noisy and best to replace it at this service. Price was advised prior to work. As always, on time, helpful and courteous. We also needed some work done on a toilet that was Ghost flushing and a replacement shower, this was carried out 2 days later. Would highly recommend

My shower was producing only hot water so I called in mason plumbers. The guy that came soon found the problem and we agreed they would come back to fit a new one. They did a good job for me last year hence me contacting them again . Joe was very good, thorough,explained what was wrong and was generally pleased with the outcome.

It’s rare to find such professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care, especially during an emergency. I was very grateful for the quick help and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended

Joe came to do a routine service but unfortunately he got more than he bargained for! He discovered that the heat exchange unit was leaking CO2 and had to strip it all down to replace the seal. He did an excellent job and was patient, thorough and good humoured. He was meticulous in his work and cleared away any mess. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Once past the initial miscommunication the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. All staff were very friendly throughout. I would recommend them.

Joe who came to service my gas boiler was very reliable just got on with what the job entailed. Stated that my boiler required some spare parts due to the constant changes. Fitted new parts and tested to make sure the boiler was up and running. What a pleasant experience.
