I love the new capsule cream

One of the items sent was incorrect. I contacted customer service through chat and I never received a response even though I was given an expectation that they would follow up through email.

Great price and fast shipping. Super legit.

Fast delivery! Easy check out. Had what I was looking for.

Some packages were leaking, one came sealed but without a lid. They had clearly been repurposed and were roughed up a bit. Some were dried up inside. Very disappointed, such a waste of my money.

Experience of the product was great and would like to buy this brand again —however the my ups to change the delivery option did not work for Canada thus I was a bit frantic wheh they said the deincety date would be changed from Wed to Friday and my ups would not let me change the adress fo a ups pick up option until it came into Canada which was quite a few days later with a lot of ups people not giving me complete infurmatupn on
What to do. Please inform ips of this problem for Canadian customers. Thank you

Products were good clearance price, but the products that were shipped were dusty, dirty, grimey.. which makes think twice about how they store these products and package them.

Love these masks. Use them alot. Husband does too. They make my skin shine and feel amazing. Only face masks I use now. Haven't tried it then you should. I have sensitive skin so this is amazing. Love them.

Everything was good came on time

Hi, I give on star because I haven’t received my order, since three months ago. I purchased this international hoping to get in less time but I’m very disappointed I can’t see if my package is lost or not and I can’t take my money back, really mad of losing my money in this.

During this sale, a lot of my items that I previously bought were on sale so I had to purchase them for a great steal! The order was placed almost immediately & I received it by the end of the week making it even better!

Shipping wrong item and cheaper item and not remedying the issue I have.

Received a soaking wet, sticky package with leaking products and sheet masks with holes in them. Masque Bar has refused to take responsibility because my order was paid for via gift card. Also got dinged with $60 in customs fees, despite only paying $60 for the order to begin with. They claimed the package was worth $300usd, when every item was on clearance for $1 each. I will never support this brand ever again.

Placed order, it was cancelled by company

My experience with the Masque BAR was amazing. I ordered several things after the holiday, and when I received my order there was a small mistake with it (one wrong item). They were great and refunded my entire purchase, which was more than enough to make up for the mistake. Great company in my experience.

Products are great but shipping is horrible. Because the products are shipped in a bubble envelope they get damage so easily. When damage it leaks everywhere. Try to contact the CS it when to the chatbot and goes nowhere. :(

The packaging of the salicylic serum I ordered came dirty... Also the product had thickened into a jelly-like goop inside the dropper- it's supposed to be a water-like texture (the rest of the serum in the bottle was still thin thank goodness). However, the shipping was quick (ordered to Canada) and did not need to pay custom fees so that is nice.

I understand that i chose slow shipping at checkout, but this is just silly! i still don’t even have my package weeks later, and it’s a skincare product that my local stores have run out of. my skin is so unhappy :(

I am a licensed esthetician and I use these products all the time and recommend them. I love the way the leave the skin feeling so smooth and soft great products.
