Never received my order or any shipping updates. Terrible company doesn't respond to your emails. I ordered my Masks over 14 days ago even though my shipping was supposed to be 8 to 14 days.

I just retrieved my package from the post office. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. Great job you guys!

Would have been 5 stars but originally sent 1 wrong piece. Situation was rectified in a timely manner and product is of good quality.. Customer service was on point.

Never sent me a confirmation email when they shipped my package, never received my order either. I tried emailing them three times and got no answer. Only found out they shipped my order when I sent them a message through PayPal when I was looking for a refund. Save your money and go to a company that’s actually worth it.

The turn around time was remarkable and the masks look lovely!

It was a timely delivery and overall the mask that I ordered was a good product however it looked bigger in the picture. This is probably not the last time that’ll happen. So no big deal. You will continue to receive my business.

For starters, I ordered a mask set, received a tracking ID, and then a few days later received a text that the one I wanted was no longer available. That was frustrating, but the customer service was quick and we chose a new style and received it in a timely manner.
Upon receiving the package, the masks are incredibly cool and very stylish. BUT, as soon as I touched the strap to pull over my head (key word touch) the strap came unglued. So now I have to fix that myself, which isn’t a big deal for me but other people may not have the resources to do so. Masks online are described as comfortable but my girlfriends mask where the jewels are attached have multiple spikes on the back side that is covered in felt so you don’t get scratched but it’s very uncomfortable so we’re having to add some soft foam as well. Over all beautiful design but disappointed for the price point.

I was sent a survey, and haven’t received the product that I ordered two weeks ago. No way to track my package. And sent a request to customer service that went unanswered over a week ago. I needed masquerade masks for my wife and I for my sisters 50th birthday party which is the day after Halloween. I placed this order on 12 October. No product, no tracking, no correspondence whatsoever… Huge disappointment.

It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still don’t have my order.

The craftsmanship was awesome. It will be a one of a kind mask at the masqarade party I will be attending. Thank you..

I recently gave a one star review. After contacting masquerade, customer service was very helpful in tracking down my order. Also received a full refund within minutes. Great CS.

I ordered masks October 11. I got notification that they were in pre-shipment on the 12th. It's now the 18th and tracking information still indicates they are in pre-shipment. I emailed to follow up on my order 2 days ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I'm a little disappointed as I saw other reviews indicating that shipping was quick. I need the masks for the 21st. :(

The customer service is great! They ask questions before completing the order, and interacted with me to make the best mask possible for my event. I would’ve given five stars, however, the mask is just too big for my face it’s beautiful it just doesn’t look right on my face. I’m not sure anyone could have predicted that so all in all, they do a great job and they’re very efficient

I never received my order and have gotten no replies to the multiple emails I've sent.

Never received my masks. Tried to call email and text. No response.

I was sent the wrong color hat. I sent an email stating the problem and asking for instructions on how to return it. That was 11 days ago. I sent a copy of my previous email today stating I had never heard back from them. Still awaiting instructions how to return for refund.

My mask with rhinestones looks great and fits perfectly with my eyeglasses. The service was also quick. I recommend Masqueradestore.

Your item photo had ribbons to tie mask but item came without ribbons. Disappointing.
