Gary came highly recommended by my…

Gary came highly recommended by my family, and he certainly lived up to that reputation. He carried out a boiler service and installed my hob, and I was extremely impressed with his politeness, communication, professionalism, and the high standard of his work.

Nothing was too much trouble—he took the time to walk me through the boiler service, carried out some proactive maintenance, and offered excellent advice on saving energy.

Excellent service

Martin is a true expert in his field. He helped me design my entire downstairs underfloor heating system, as well as the design of the plumbing of my house renovation. My house went from low pressure water and slow to heat up, to warm and cost efficient. At every step we went through he knew exactly what to do and did exactly what he said he would do.

Excellent service

I’ve used Martin for a number of plumbing jobs over the years, including tap replacements, boiler servicing and general plumbing work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

He is a reliable and professional plumber who always listens carefully to the issue and resolves it quickly with no fuss. His work is consistently to a high standard, and he takes real pride in what he does.

Martin is also very tidy, polite and respectful in your home, which makes a big difference. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, local plumber for boiler servicing or any plumbing repairs, I’d highly recommend Mastercraft Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Martin at Mastercraft Plumbing

Martin at Mastercraft Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was brilliant. Really professional, reliable, and easy to deal with.

He fitted a new boiler for us and did a great job, including making good where the old one had been—everything left neat and tidy. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.

Would definitely recommend.

5* reliable and trusted plumber

We’ve used Martin at Mastercraft to fit boilers in a number of our properties and have always been very pleased with the service provided. He is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced in his work.

Martin is dependable and completes every job to a high standard. His workmanship is neat and tidy, and he always leaves the property clean and in great condition. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is reliable and takes pride in doing a proper job.

Highly recommended plumbers

I’ve been using Martin for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is without a doubt the best plumber in Leicester. Every job, big or small, is carried out to the highest standard.

Martin is always professional, turns up on time, and leaves everything spotless when the work is finished. His knowledge and experience really show as he quickly diagnoses problems and provides reliable, long lasting solutions.

It’s rare these days to find a tradesman you can trust completely, but Martin is exactly that. I’ve recommended him to family and friends for years and will continue to do so.

If you’re looking for a reliable, experienced and trustworthy plumber in Leicester, I can’t recommend Martin highly enough.
