Travel agent Angela was very polite and businesslike in answering my queries.

Gave detailed and honest explanation for what they do and what cannot be done for me.

She also offered several options to choose from regarding different airlines and their fares and service provisions.

I felt relaxed and assured talking with her.

I dealt with one of their agents called Jack, who was very polite and helpful. He took his time to respond to my queries and even stayed late to attend to my requests. That was a good experience for me, and I will recommend him to anyone.

Scam company, beware! Reported to FCA as they refuse to issue refunds. Not true to their word whatsoever.
