Acheté un coffre XXL, impossible de l’ouvrir! J’ai réussi à l’ouvrir une fois, à le refermer, et depuis c’est totalement impossible de l’ouvrir de nouveau. Pas de problèmes de piles, pas de changement de code, la poignée ne tourne pas, elle fait simplement clic-clac mais rien ne se passe.
Service client totalement inexistant, incapable de répondre au client, une forme d’impolitesse crasse, bref, du matériel de très mauvaise qualité et une compagnie à éviter impérativement

I bought a 510D adjustable shackle 1 3/4" padlock from Target. The padlock portion of the lock separates from the shackle (the upper part of the lock). I did not know that the padlock (the bottom part of the lock) would go on the shackle upside down. In other words, the part of the lock where the key is placed. I inadvertently put the padlock on upside down and I could not open the lock because I couldn't put the key in the lock. I was locked out of my locker and I had to get bolt cutters to get access to my locker. "HIGHLY" upsetting!!! I was totally inconvenienced and I wasted $9.00. I am suggesting that "no one" purchase this confusing padlock. I always had total respect for the Master Lock brand, but I will "NEVER"!!! purchase another one.

Wat een miskoop,schroevendraaier erachter zetten en binnen 5 seconden hebben inbrekers je sleutel.

Found an old lock in our storage which obviously we didn't remember the combination for. Took a picture of the back of the lock with the serial number and proof that the lock was not attached to anything. Within a couple of days they responded with the combination. It worked and now we have an extra lock to use.

Comme beaucoup d'utilisateurs, je suis extrêmement déçue. Il est totalement impossible de changer le code tout en ayant suivi la procédure à la lettre.
En effet après changement de code, le cadenas ne s'ouvre plus.
Plus qu'une seule solution acheter un cadenas d'une autre marque.

Just wow… MASTERLOCK SUCKS! I am a beginner locksmith, and for most of my life I had thought master locks were strong locks…Bro I can get into one of those in 2 seconds! I taught a 8 year old how to get into one of those in under 5 minutes. Just sad Masterlock…just sad

I set the lock and used it a few times. Then I went to open it and it didn't open. I know I used the right combo. Luckily I had a back way into my property, otherwise I would have had a big problem.

Yet another useless product from B&Q. They need to improve their buying process.

Deuxième boitier 5441EURD et toujours les même problèmes, quelques semaines après installation le code ne déverrouille plus le boitier. J'ai essayer à plusieurs reprises la procédure de déverrouillage mais rien n'y fait.
Les autres boitiers Master lock (mécanique basique) ne sont pas mieux puisque la charnière de la porte fini par se tordre et bloque l'ouverture.
Et bien évidement impossible d'avoir une assistance.

Après installation et changement du code en suivant la procédure et vérification du fonctionnement, le coffre ne s'ouvre plus et le code 0000 ne fonctionne plus.
Email envoyer au SAV le jour même sens réponse à ce jour.

Die sind sehr schlecht erreichbar, wenn Störung da ist, master lock Kasten hat sich blockiert und versuche schon 3 Tagen in Belgien, Niederlande, Luxemburg und Deutschland zu erreichen, leider man hat nicht die Möglichkeit, jemand telefonisch zu erreichen und auf Nachrichten, Reagieren die auch nicht. Ich habe gleichzeitig schon 7 Geräte gekauft, dies werde ich nie wieder tun. Unverschämt, jede gerät hat mir rund 180€ gekostet. Meine mieter standen fast 4 Stunden in die Kälte bei minus 5 Grad.

this master lock did NOT keep my shoe safe. i wrapped it around my shoelace and to my dismay, it came undone and my shoe was stolen by a hooligan. this is NOT ACCEPTABLE and i will be complaining to everyone about this. i hate you masterlock, i lost my right shoe because of you. i now have to hobble around everywhere because of YOU and YOUR LOCKS. what’re the ladies at my crochet practice gonna think of me? how dare you

I so wish I’d read these reviews. My experience has been exactly the same as everyone else.

After one year, the so-called external weatherproofed key lock rusted up, and it’s now Useless

Worse than that. It seems like they’ve got one person in Customer service in the UK and no one else and they can’t do anything they can’t even organise a return. They then forward you to someone in France, who then pretty much refused everything and doesn’t Engage or even understand which product you’re dealing with.

This is a God awful company and clearly the number of bad reviews on this website that they haven’t even responded to tells you everything I’m gonna copy this review to Amazon and try and stop other people from wasting money on a company, whose promises of whether proofing and lifetime warranties are absolutely meaningless

Master Lock sold me two wall mount locks, they are supposed to bank on safety items, yet their processes aren't safe. I decided to store my pin codes for my mount locks on their website and once I try to retrieve them, their website no longer exists.
For all the customers that now have Bluetooth products or else, the day will come when they just simply say, oops we no longer offer mobile coverage and that's why you should f* yourself.
For selling safety products I would deem their policies unsafe and unreliable.

They lied. Master Lock says this is weather resistant.
NO NO NO. Do not buy. It locks up alright then you could not use the key and the combination was corroded spare me false advertising.

I'm giving these locks 2 stars because that's how many days they lasted. i read the descriptions and was reassured they are stronger than hardened steel, have extra internals to resist prying and lock cylinders are pick-resistent. These were securing storage containers and were twisted open overnight just after installation. Best look elsewhere if you have high-value goods to secure. Oh, and there's no warranty on them either.

Bought 2 heavy duty like-keyed locks for storage unit. WORTHLESS actually worse than that. 10 minutes to open first lock and second one never opened even after using WD40. Finally key broke off in the lock & had to have storage company cut it off.

Horrible. Not even a month old and two of the number wheels are jammed. Spoke with Master lock customer service line. They confirmed they can offer no support. Luckily this happened in the open position otherwise we would have waisted more then just the cost of the lock having to have a lock smith come out. It was a waist of $50 with the lock breaking less then 4weeks old

On 15th September 2023 I sent an email query about a product (which, as far as I can tell, is working OK at the moment), but have had no reply to date ......................

Un antivol pour 2 roues tout neuf qu'on arrive pas à ouvrir pour la premiére fois.Si c'est tout ce que ces amerlokes arrivent à fabriquer qu'ils gardent leur salopries.

It's the second time that the internal setting lever snapped from my handcuffs locks. I wrote them a email 1 month ago and still don't have a answer... Now I got 2 useful bike locks... Life garantie they say...Tanks for nothing Master lock
