To be honest i first thought I have the best insurance because it was easy to set up etc but later on I had to make my first payment which I did have the money in my account and nothing was taken out that day so I had to call them and they were telling me the money didn't go through so I had to pay the full amount with extra fees for not paying on that day etc. complained to customer service but they still insisted they won't take that extra money off my account. Unfortunately, i'd have to cancel this as its the first time I'd have to pay extra money to their mistakes

It was pretty straight forward to take out this insurance and make the payment

Premiums a) lapsed without reminder and b) another premium wrongly credited. Luckily I am retired so had the patience and time to rectify it. All sorted now but not straightforward.

As I had a new car, there was an issues with the insurer I had before, but, Masterquote found me a couple of suitable alternatives, and were very helpful negotiating a fair price for me. I have found them trustworthy and professional.

I'm still awaiting papers to sign to activate my insurance as cannot open them on my phone.

Terrible company. Took out car insurance with them, told them i had an sp30 speeding penalty over 3 years ago, they quoted me, so i took the insurance out with them as it was reasonable. They then sent me a letter to say they wanted to charge another £200 for the SP30 which isn"t on my license anymore. I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle to argue as the customer is never right anymore! I have since sold the car, and they have now charged me another £163 to cancel! Only had the insurance with them for 2 months! Disgusting daylight robbery! Will never use this unprofessional company ever again! Steer clear! I"m sure their office is a big top tent! with trapeze, lion tamers & the phone operators have big red noses and squirty flowers! and go by the name of coco the clown!!
