The product is not being delivered, the information provided is insufficient, and it is not possible to establish proper communication.

I ordered a G-Shock watch on February 17, 2026. I waited one week for it to be handed over to the shipping company, and after sending emails, I was told that it had been dispatched. However, despite two months having passed, the product has still not been delivered to me.

Even though I have requested a refund, their responses only come after repeated inquiries, and instead of addressing my request, they respond with more questions. Additionally, their response times are extremely slow.

Die Ware fühlt sich von der Qualität sehr schlecht an und was den Kundenservice angeht.. Es existiert quasi keiner! Da kannst du das Kontaktformular so oft ausfüllen wie du willst, es kommt nie eine Reaktion zurück.

Ignoring customer contact

Very bad experience with customer service. I made the return in accordance with the instructions from the website, the staff replied until I clearly proved that the right is on my side. Now the contact between us does not exist, they have just ignored my emails and messages. I did not receive a refund even though the product arrived at the point indicated by the mastersintime - I used the label generated by them. Also, I gave them a code to track the shipment which proves it. I do not recommend buying from this site, they do not care about customers. This is my first time that any store has not replied to emails.

Didn’t acknowledge a return and lost money both on the watch and shipping it back to them. Don’t buy things from their store.

Die Ware wirkt billig und unecht und hat Mängel. Ich hatte dasselbe Modell bereits bei "Christ" gekauft und sehe den Unterschied klar. Deshalb Retoure (muss aber selbst bezahlt werden...). Nicht empfehlenswert. Vorher informieren über die Konditionen.

Dear Carleton, here we are again to reply to another review from you, after all your very threatening and vulgar emails received by you in the last months. It is not a problem at all for us to reply once again here, where at least you used more appropriate and less vulgar language.
Unfortunately, we have never received your order here, for this reason, we still had to process a refund for you. We still wanted to help you, so we asked for a receipt of the shipping, or a tracking number, so we could stil refund you even though we never received your order back. You always refused to do so, and you started calling us names instead. It would have been easier to just request a receipt at the local postal office and send it to us, so we could have fixed the problem for you.
We asked for more information about the wrong product received, but we only received insults as a response.
With this being said, we wish you a very nice day ahead.

Orient watch band

I bought a watch band and paid for 7-12 days delivery but took more then that and they sent me pushpins wich are too short. I tried to contact them but they don't answer e-mails. It looks that customer rating on their website is fake never experienced that someone is ignoring your messages.

Dear Carlton, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the information provided by you does not reflect the actual situation we discussed about in our email thread, and what you say is not accurate.
Of course we can still assist you if your return has never reached our warehouse, but we need a proof of return in order to do so, and to still refund you within 14 working days. We have asked you for a tracking number, but you were not able to provide one. We have asked you for your receipt from the postal office, you were not able to provide it either. I'm sure you understand that, with no shipping proof, no company can assist you this way. We need a proof that the order was indeed returned to us, even if it was lost in the transit. We do CLEARLY specify on our website that it is always better, and mandatory for us to assist the customer, to choose a registered shipping method to send the order back to us, but not only you did not follow this step, but you were not able to provide a receipt of shipping either, even with no tracking number, so this made impossible for us to help you, as it would have been impossible for every other existing online companies in the world.
Despite all the very offensive and threatening emails you are sending us everyday, which we kindly ignore, we wish you a very nice day!

DO NOT buy anything from Masters in Time. Very poor service at Holland Watch Group. The watch i bought ended up with a fault and kept turning on and off by itself. When i returned it, they came back to me stating that it can't be repaired under warranty as I had caused the damage. Which I had most certainly not. And now they will not repond to my emails. Do Not buy from this company!!!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry this is happening. As explained by email, postal services in your country are having some huge delays in processing international orders and do not provide updated tracking informations.
We have launched an official inquiry for your order on the 18th, as agreed with you in our email exchanges, and now we have to wait a few days, as this investigations can take 2-3 weeks and usually order os delivered meanwhile.
As mentioned, we remain responsable for your order until it gets delivered and we'll do our best to work with your country postal services and have it delivered as soon as possible.

WARNING! I got totally scammed by this company - stay away. I ordered a new watch bracelet and it came without end links. I paid for shipping and return shipping. Did they process the return? No. It was sent back to me. They send incomplete products and then don’t take the return. They’re running a scam.

We have requested a tracking number for your return shipment or at least a receipt that we could use as a proof of shipment in order to help you further, but unfortunately you have refused to do so.
