Association of Master Tradesmen Avaliações

We had difficulty finding suitable builders to quote for an extension and garage conversion. The Association of Master Tradesmen (AMT) quickly provided four tradesmen in our area, three of whom provide quotes from whom we selected one. He completed the build entirely to our satisfaction. At regular intervals AMT followed up with us to track progress and our satisfaction with the build, were always helpful and polite. We were very glad we found this service and the assistance they provided

Laura has been very helpful from start to the end of the project, and so were the builders.

Proactive and very helpful in finding tradesmen though not all of them were able to quote for the work. Useful to have a third party to intervene impersonally and influence on the builder. Remained consistently engaged with my project though not always at regular intervals. Overall I was pleased and grateful to have been approached in the first place. Would recommend.

Great company to work with, highly recommended

Master Tradesmen contacted us because of our plans to extend and build a loft room with dormer and some internal changes to bedrooms etc. We were given names and addresses and we contacted each and one was chosen. Master Tradesman contacted us regularly to see how things were progressing. A couple of times we asked for their advice and by being there, as a back up, made us feel more confident about the builder we had chosen. The job has now finished with no problems and we are very pleased we chose to go with a builder through Master Tradesmen.

Right from the start we were kept informed about the progress of the work which was completed to a very professional standard. Start times were punctual with limited gaps in the overall schedule so we were always confident that the job would be done on time and to budget. Overall I cannot praise the builders highly enough.

Single Storey Extensions. Toilet and Utility room. This one man and his son had a lot of experience and gave the best advice and by far the lowest quote. Extras were at cost. So everything kept to budget. I made the right choice on a £50k double extension and the time schedule was kept as well. This was a good all round experience , even dealing with unreasonable demands on a number of technical issues brought up by the Council Planning dept.

I wasn’t looking forward to the next stage of getting quotations and commitments from builders for my house extension. I was amazed when the Association of Master Tradesmen contacted me and said they would do that all for me. They did. The contractor was brilliant. The job was started and finished on time, on budget and to very professional standard. Thanks!

The Association were instrumental in helping us choose a good builder. The follow-up was good and we would use their services again.

I have had excellent service from the team. They are helpful and friendly.

We have been with Association of master tradesmen now for around 12 months, our business leads have increased by around 43% which is wonderful, our accounts manager for Association master tradesmen Esme has been absolutely wonderful, dealing with us and also dealing with the clients that we have now completed work for and current clients that we are still dealing with

I couldn’t possibly recommend Association Of Master Tradesmen enough, especially Esme is patient, understanding, and extremely polite… Really can’t fault her or her work ethic.

We’ve been using Master Tradesmen for a while now, and they’ve passed us on numerous projects, our account manager Esme is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always helpful and keen to help secure us work, definitely recommend.

Hi, had a great conversation with Esme, she is sourcing quite a lot of work for my company, and the flow is starting now. Very professional and dilligent person.
And apparently she's got all her own teeth 😬, sorry, thats just my sense of humour, we're very pleased with her service.

I've always found Louise very helpful and friendly regarding my dealings with Mastertradesmen. She is always enthusiastic and bubbly but also very professional. Thanks Paul

I would recommend MT even if you are an established trader because there fees are very low and only paid once contract is signed and not like other sites where you have to pay monthly/yearly subscription fees.

Louise has been always helpful and honest regardless how busy we are and goes that extra mile.

Customer Service 100% 5 Star.

Great service with polite and friendly staff and found them easy to deal with, would highly recommend!
