The box arrived with green matcha powder everywhere in the packaging. The jars appeared to be sealed and full so I'm not sure why there was powder everywhere. The matcha itself was incredibly bitter, I tried both jars and multiple different ways of using the matcha but it always had a bitter taste. Both jars went in the bin.

This matcha powder is smooth, vibrant, and easy to whisk, with a rich earthy turmeric spicy flavour balanced by a subtle natural sweetness and minimal bitterness. It makes a creamy latte and gives a steady energy boost without the crash. I have it everyday.

I found the items easy to order and they arrived a day later than expected (due to royal mail being late) the matcha comes in glass jars which is great for keeping the product dry and fresh. It's not as green as the images on the site but it's definitely brighter than the last matcha I purchased from Zuma. The smell is also very delicate and the flavour is mild not overpowering. So far we're enjoying it and will be making various drinks for our customers.

The ordering and delivery process was completely seamless. However, what truly sets this company apart is their customer service. The approach is incredibly personal, professional, and helpful. As for the matcha itself – the quality is exceptional. It has a beautiful, vibrant green color, which immediately indicates its freshness and high grade. The taste is smooth and delicious, completely lacking the bitter notes often found in lower-quality alternatives. On top of that, the value for money is excellent compared to what else is on the market.
