75% of items arrive damaged

Nearly every product I purchase from mattelcreations.com arrives damaged. Their packing is horrible. You may as well ship the product in a bubble mailer. I am a collector and keep items in their original packaging but when it arrives damaged and the item is sold out, you have to keep it damaged or return it. Absolutely horrible. If you're a collector, I would strongly advise spending a little more and buying on the secondary market. Pretty embarrassing for a multi-billion dollar company.

MATTEL bietet keine APP mehr an???

Ich habe für den Deluxe Viewer das Pack "Smithsonian" in Ebay in OVP für meinen Deluxe View-Master gekauft und jetzt stelle ich fest, ich kann keine App mehr im Netz finden und somit das Pack auch nicht nutzen. MATTEL Was Soll Das???? WO IST DIE APP DAZU????

Do better! The Hot Wheels tracks you want top dollar and they don’t function. I just bought the roller coaster for my grand kids and it doesn’t work. The “elevator “ jams with the cars. When they get to the top it just sits there you have to push it around the track. Was going to spend a lot more on their Birthday and Christmas gifts of Hot Wheels and I am seriously reconsidering it.

Do better for our kids

I just bought a he-man Origins Skeletor cartoon collection it was really well done wish the face was a little more darker yellow but other than that really good I wish you guys would make 12-in figures I would love to buy those instantly Mattel please come out with 12 in figures in the future I think you would do good with kids and adults but the Skeletor I bought the origins was really good really wanted 12 inch scale of any hemans for a good price thank you Mattel and please make 12 in hemans.

Ständig sind fehler in den Prozessen und außerdem wird die Ware nicht vollständig geliefert.
Man muss den Kundenservice mehrmals anschreiben das man sein Geld wieder zurück bekommt.

Pieces missing & Terrible Service

Pieces missing. Online replacement parts system "out of order" customer enquiry form designed to be impenetrable. Eventually figured out you needed to enter +44 before the phone number to get it to accept. Then refused to accept the enquiry because the purchase date and product code were invalid. The code came from the box and the date from the receipt. Incompetent on a level usually reserved for Government departments

Ich habe bei Mattel das Masters of the…

Ich habe bei Mattel das Masters of the Universe Eternia-Set für fast 1000 Euro gekauft, welches beschädigt eintraf. Nach nun 2 Monaten der Beschwerde, und Zusendung von Fotos des beschädigten Artikels stellt Mattel die Kommunikation ein, weil ich angeblich nicht geantwortet hätte. Nach weiteren Mails hieß es, dass sie die Fotos nie erhalten hätten.
Dann habe ich weitere Mails gesendet mit Scrennshots als Beweis, dass ich alle geforderten Fotos und Unterlagen an Mattel gesendet hatte. Dann kam als Antwort, dass Mattel die Fotodateien nicht öffnen könnte und ich eine alternative E-mail-Adresse nutzen möge um die Bilder nochmals zu senden. Daraufhin kam eine Mail, dass sie meine 2. E-mail-Adresse nicht zuordnen können, obwohl ich in jeder Nachricht die Fallnummer angegeben habe. Dann kam eine Nachricht, dass der Fall geprüft wird. Nach Tagen des Wartens kam eine Antwort, dass der Fall geschlossen wurde, da ich mich 10 Tage lang nicht gemeldet hätte.
Ich habe in 2 Monaten über 60 Mails an diesen Drecksladen gesendet und es passiert nichts.
Ich habe auch schon Anwälte kontaktiert um weiter Schritte einzuleiten, aber es scheint sich keiner zu trauen mich in der Sache zu vertreten.

Je betaalt membership om exclusieve objecten te 'mogen' kopen, maar als ze in de verkoop gaan slaat of de website op hol (iedere keer weer) zodat het spul is uitverkocht als je weer online bent òf het is niet in jouw land verkrijgbaar. Verspil je geld aan een willekeurig ander iets. Dit is het niet waard! Je wordt in de maling genomen!

I will stop buying Mattel products. Customer service usually doesn’t offer help. I bought the off-white Electra Melody Doll thinking it was limited, but only to find out today that they are again offering the doll for sale.

Lettres du jeu de Scrabble perdues.

Mon épouse et moi avons acheté en décembre 2023 un jeu de Scrabble, modèle DELUXE avec table pivotante et lettres noires avec 4 ergots de fixation, prix 89 euros. Ayant perdu une lettre, j'ai téléphoné au SAV de la société MATTEL pour savoir si on pouvait avoir un jeu de lettres de rechange. Réponse: nous n'avons pas de service de pièces de rechange.

Clearly Rigged for money making scam

Uno Facebook/Mobile is clearly have a rigged abused system - I have never seen such a game is clearly designed to make you lose over 99% of the time even the 1st game of the day

This is a marketing scam for Facebook and mobile users to spend more money in spending like VIP and Platinum benefits - I don't see the benefits when you uno are rigging the game and always constantly abusing the other players by rigging the game.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPEND - YOU LOSE ALL THE TIME - THIS IS GAME IS DESIGNED FOR FRAUD AND SCAMS

UNO has deliberately have shut off the function chat in the main hall for Facebook users- The question remains how does Facebook users are able to communicate with other Facebook and mobile friends and other users to help them with their daily quest - for example "Play with friends" - This is to invite a friend play the game however how does the friend or other players know what you trying to do.

Uno has set the following tasks which is ultimately impossible to do - 20 times 5,000 coins won, 1 x 10,000 coins win, 1 x 15,000, Discard 7 or more cards in one game (which more than 90% of the over 1 million games played - this never happened - I wonder why after all these punishments of abuse by the uno rigged system is preventing me from getting this quest done, maybe a ploy to get players to spend their real money over dozens of times before they hit this quest done!)

UNO has put in the system designed to make people lose so that uno can gain financially people's money and still continue the corrupt activity of abuse.

A lot of these players who hide their identification "Sorry, this player has turned off the followers function" - the question, is this player a bot machine who hides their identification (more than 90% are bot players which I have experienced) - This is not acceptable - The victims of abused players have a right to obtain the players identification for complaint purposes!

Uno has deliberately shut down the complaints function - their defense that of the rigging of the game is nothing to do with them which is a lie as stated below

If you noticed any actions taken by other players that violates the rules and policies of the game, please let me know by sending us proof of what happened.

Although we cannot realistically guarantee everyone will receive strong cards and win, I feel your pain on this and will gladly share your report with the team.

If you have any other suggestions or feedback on how we can improve the game experience, or if you find that you are still experiencing irregular card dealing activity in your games, please feel free to share further details with us. Your input is invaluable in helping us make UNO the best it can be!"

Has Uno banned any players and taken reports seriously - No! - these complaints are designed to be ignored and also never to compensate any the victims back.

As for the rigging in favor of female ganging up abusers against the solo male player out there, Uno has defended the system has nothing to do with this - this is a lie as well too. I too have been subjected too many female players in a single game are abusing me all the time in the game. Even my ex-friend female players are all abusive which gangs up and laughs at you time to time - throwing eggs, tomato even bombs(bombs are for VIP players). I have seen this over a thousand times, maybe more - this uneven gender racisms and abuse has to end!.

As for the email complaints - I have not heard back from Uno - No mention of compensation, No reports of banned players. Nothing - Uno has disregard of the victims and continues the revenue raising scam and fraud to hurt players and make money

In the case if u are reading this - This game is actually run by Chinese company(which they bought!) via Mattel in US!,

I in person have already lost over 10.25 MILLION COINS and I never seen one coin back from the complaint.

I have seen players with multiple accounts even some with three accounts from the same player from the same isp location - Does this player gets banned? No. Uno deliberately allowed this and allowed them continue the corrupt and abusive tactic of laughing and abusing the victims all the time.

Sooner or later Mattel will be responsible for some serious harm to someone out there.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I ordered the wired Barbie months ago. Never received it so I emailed the company. They responded with an email saying they would check it out. The end I have never heard back. I can’t get them to refund my money its been a year now. So Im out 60.00 dollars. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! I wish I had checked the reviews its all there!
