Anita and the team were fantastic!
Anita, Charlie and the team did an amazing job with the training course that I attended. I really could relate to the scenarios that were used and I feel more confident with using what I have learnt in my day to day role.

Skills for Health Conversations
The training has given me more confidence in using the different conversational models in assessing patients effectively.
Although the staffs were of different qualifications, everyone was treated equally and with respect.
