Didn’t think I would be providing a negative review since I’ve purchased items from Mauli Rituals before with no issues. However was highly disappointed after purchasing the Kansa Face massage dome. After using the item once ( using the Mauli facial serums and following instructions) the wooden handle part already chipped/peeled away, leaving dry pieces in my hand. Wrote the company an email straight away providing evidence pictures and although they provided store credit, I may comment this item does feel to be cheaply made and considering the high cost price tag, not worth the cost.

My sister introduced me to this brand, and I’m obsessed. The items are a bit pricey, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. We have purchased quite a collection of items from the Mauli range now: the Kansa face massage dome, the scalp and body stimulator, the grow strong Kansa comb,the grow strong brow oil, the grow strong hair oil, the grow strong shampoo & conditioner, and the age defying concentrate. There was a special offer where Mauli included a full size bottle of surrender vata body oil with orders, they also included a sample size supreme skin face serum.
All items are of the upmost quality. The tools are crafted beautifully. They are akin to pieces of art, I display them in a marble pedestal bowl in my bathroom and they 100% have a look and feel of high-end and sophisticated beauty accessories. More importantly, they work wonderfully too. Using the face massager dome is now a favourite part of my skin care ritual. I suffer puffiness and bloating in my face from hormone imbalance. This tool is wonderful, to ease the water retention and inflammation around my cheeks, jawline and under eyes.
The products are all rich, subtle smelling, and feel absolutely luxurious on the skin. My face has started to age faster the last 2 years, following the stress of losing my father. My forehead wrinkles are much worse, and my skin became chronically dry and dehydrated which made the wrinkles even more pronounced. I have been using a combination of the age defying concentrate and tester supreme face oil for 2 weeks, the oils in their consistency, feel, and smell are both top quality. Such a pleasure to use. My skin feels so soft and hydrated immediately after use, which improves the appearance of the wrinkles. I have also been using the brow oil for around 2 weeks, and my eyebrows are starting to feel healthier and have stopped falling out. I use the grow strong hair oil before washing my hair, massaging it into my scalp & leaving it for around half an hour, before washing with the grow strong shampoo and conditioner. My hair dries so soft and shiny.

Apart from the products working well, the design (Amber bottles, signature font etc) just look stunning in my bathroom. Like walking into a spa shop.

Lastly, the customer service is brilliant. My sisters order went through without a product she thought was in her basket. She was disappointed as this was required to gain the free body oil offer. She emailed customer service and they immediately replied and amended the order, and sent the oil. They also assisted her with a discount code which was missed off of another order

I cannot understand why this company has anything less than 5 stars. The products are exceptional. Extremely high quality, amber glass products, everything thought of down to minutae. They include a little red thread and bead in every order. They respond extremely fast to email and go above and beyond. I realized I had missed an item off my order meaning I didn't qualify for the free body oil worth £48. I didn't realise this until the next day. I emailed and they responded immediately, allowed me to purchase another product, to be added to my order to qualify. They even generated a new discount code for me to match my welcome offer price of the first order as i would have received if i hadnt forgotten to include it, and held back my first order from despatch while I did this. They then sent the items together, with the free oil, and even refunded the automatic postage I got charged ordering the extra item. The products are absolute beautiful luxury. In terms of the tools, absolutely the most high-end premium beauty tools I have ever had. Hand crafted from solid wood and metal. An absolute joy to use and own. 5stars in every respect. I will always purchase from this company and have recommended to my friends and my sister who has already purchased and is delighted. Make excellent gifts. Come packaged lovely and the tools come in a little pouch. She loves them as much as I do. 5 stars recommended investment in your wellbeing.

Ingredients in the supreme skin face serum appear to have changed recently. The smell is now unpleasant where previously it was lovely. I’m disappointed that having contacted the company to enquire about this I got no reply of any kind. I have bought several of their products in the past but this experience has put me off. I don’t know why they have changed the ingredients but it’s not for the better.

Amazing products I am on my third hair oil it’s working wonders. Ordered their new brow oil and hair oil on Wednesday received today, well packed beautiful packaging & amazing products. Mauli Kansa comb is loved by all in our family. Thanks team Mauli keep up the good work!!

I love this company and all the products they offer! I tried and keep on using many of them and I can say that I feel relaxed, beautiful and looked after in so many ways. The customer service is great and all the advices and information they offer are so useful for us customers. As for the packaging, I always receive my orders in a nice way. Quick delivery too! I highly recommend! Thank you for being on the market!

Packaging really badly made. 2 of the items I have can't be used. One is a glass serum, with 3/4 of product left in the jar, that was really quite expensive, and I can't get any of the serum out. The other is a spray that doesn't spray properly any more.

I have ordered time & time again from Mauli Rituals - the products are pricey but you totally get what you pay for.
Beautiful products that work.
I suffered from over 2 years of peri-menopausal acne (never had acne before!) then tried Mauli skin products - they have totally resolved it, reducing dryness, reducing fine lines, causing nothing more than an amazing healthy glow with blemish & rosacea free skin.
I can’t recommend them enough, with highly sensitive skin I’d tried Pai, Espa, Green People but Mauli has won overall.
I also purchased their beautiful hand made meditation shawl, spiritual & soothing.

On Monday I ordered something for my wife. Two days passed and no tracking code was available. I've wrote them an email asking if everything is allright. Today is Friday and I still have no answer or tracking code from them.

I'll come back with an update as soon as something changes. I really hope it will and I was just paranoid.

Later update: They responded to my mail, they provided a tracking number which states that it was created on Friday 25 September (after four working days). I understood that as they told me they are short in staff. 5 more days passed and my products are still having "Leaving UK status" on Royal Mail tracking page. Apparently they are using donkeys to transport packages.
