Title: Unprofessional communication, incomplete service, and misleading discounts.

I dropped my 2018 Jeep Wrangler off for three specific services: an oil change, a tire rotation, and a Georgia state emissions test.

When I picked up my vehicle, only the oil change was done, and the entire experience was a disaster:

Zero Communication: They claimed they couldn't rotate my tires because they couldn't find my wheel lock key. Instead of giving me a quick 30-second phone call while my Jeep was on the rack to ask where it was, they simply skipped the service and said nothing until I picked up the vehicle.

Waste of Time.

Shortchanged Discount: I brought in a 50% off oil change card (given to me previously due to another issue at this store). Instead of applying 50% off the service properly, they inflated the bill with added disposal and "shop supply" fees, making the "discount" much less than promised.

Extremely poor communication and customer service. I won't be returning to this location, and I recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere in Alpharetta.

Randall provided excellent customer service. I had an issue with the alignment that was made. He did everytihng possible to ensure the issue was corrected. He treated me with respect and professionalism. Now, he is my go-to person when I have car issues. Much appreciate Randall.

This outlet, since the ownership change , has become progressively more customer unfriendly. What used to be an easy process of removing a nail, has time after time , become a nonsensical lecture on why they want you to buy a new tire , and they will not/ cannot fix it, only to be fixed by another tire chain, not as close to me. Policy or employees explain the empty parting lot….

Excellent service- from the time Brian, assistant mgr, answered the call and provided directions to the Arnold Mill Road location and then greeted me in the parking lot!

From there- Chelsea kicked in with a management style that was professional and in control! She kept her cool with customer concerns too- housekeeping and all the above. Great location- I'm pleased with my less than an hour experience.

Amazing job, very polite friendly staff and worked with me to get the best tires for my budget. Very pleasant gentlemen.
