I went get oil changed and I was told I had a screw in my tire. The mechanic by the name of Donald was very patient and explained what was going to happen and the price. While they were putting the tire back on one of my lug nuts wouldn’t fit. Que explained the process of how they fixed the issue and assured me I would not have any problems in the future. I love how clean the store is and the friendliness of the staff. I was greeted when I walked in the door. The experience was excellent.

Quick and fast and all the employees was cool they got me in out highly recommend!

The service I received this morning was top notch. No one likes to spend $$$ on car repairs but Rayn, the manager, was very helpful in explaining why my vehicle needed certain repairs. She and the mechanic showed me what had to be done on my vehicle and they both answered my questions. I never felt as though I was being “ scammed” into having unnecessary things done. Thank you to Rayn and all who work at the Mavis in Brandon!!

I scheduled for a simple oil change day ahead of time. 4 hours later I finally got the call that they were done. I drove home. The next day I drove to work (about 7 miles from my house) and back. Realized on the drive home that there was a massive oil leak and I had nearly nothing left.

The last time I had gotten my oil changed here (about 1.5 years ago) they stripped the drain plug and I had a similar leak and they tried to charge me for it. Warning everyone I know to stay away.

Brandon location..... GREAT change of staff at this location. Previously dealt with former manager...decided I would dread future experiences here. Got a screw in my tire and had no option but to go. Was extremely happy to see Christin still there, AND a new manager who actually cares.... good job Mavis, well done.

Recently shopped for best tire price all around the area. Best price was quoted from Mavis Tire in Brandon. I called for an appointment and got right in. Received great friendly service, requested tires and best price around. Good job guys!

Terrible experience!
*got total price including tax with confirmation number.
*was called to come in. Price was raised $44.
* after waiting one hour, told tires not there
* promised priority service at next appointment.
* waited three hours for two tires to be mounted and front end aligned.
*”customer service” rep at 800 number saw nothing wrong with this experience

Great service.
The staff was awesome.

Woke up Tuesday morning with flat tire. Took some time for AAA to arrive and change it (too complicated for words). Finally AAA changed tire around 10:00 PM. Wednesday AM drove car to Mavis, had it repaired.

The people did a good job. I will go back
