MAVIS IS NOW MY GO TO FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS. WENT IN TODAY TO GET MY BACK BRAKES DONE AND WANTED TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO JUSTIN FOR PROVIDING ME WITH SUCH GREAT SERVICE. HE GOT ME IN AND OUT WITH NO TIME WASTED.

The hole staff was flipping hilarious. Quick to repair my tire.

Customer service is amazing. Tabby goes out of her way to help you get in to get the work done and is very professional. Carl, the mechanic does a fantastic job and is very personable and takes the time to tell you what and why you need it. I also had a chance to meet with Ben, the store manager and he was very professional, you can see the great customer service at all levels at this store. I would give them 5 stars for service, best in class for sure for knowledge and service.

Tabby at Calumet city Mauvis has instructed her workers very well. She even has a preventative maintenance list for the mechanics to follow. Excellent service...Miguel found my tire leaks when no other shop did...only place I will now go.

I called Mavis for a specific tire - George was helpful and efficient. I drove over with a rim- George had the tire ready, he took the old tire/rim and had the tire replaced and balanced in less than 20 minutes and back in the car. He explained the warranty and rang the transaction - all was professional and personable - and I have the tire I needed all good to go in short order. I couldn't be more appreciative of the interaction.

I had a great experience, being a single woman with a minimal of knowledge about cars. I've been scammed before. This place was different. They answered every question. I was able to drop my car off and they had everything done within 2 days. Actually I had a little difficulty with finding a way to pick my car up when it was done and George tried his best to help me with that, but I was finally able to come and get it on my own and he stayed open past closing and waited for me. So, yes I would definitely use them again. George was excellent.

I was very happy to find Mavis Discount Tire open in the evening. My tire pressure light was on, and I know you can't drive your car with that light on. Raleigh promptly checked my tires and put air in them. He suggested I bring my car back for further inspection of the left rear tire. I really appreciated the assistance.

Got an email for free tire rotation. Took my car in and decided to get an oil change with the free tire rotation. When I left I had more trouble than when I went in. Horrible service and the employees got angry with me when they screwed my car up. Now I have to pay to get my car back to the shape it was in before Mavis.

The very 1st thing is the greeting walking in the door. Always pleasant. We have been buying tires from Mavis (this location) 4 a long time. With 4 vehicles in the family we know we are getting the best deal & service in the area. When you have a warranty on the tires, they honor it with no problem. I highly recommend Mavis in Cal City 4 your next set of tires.

Very professional and attentive especially the supervisor she referred to herself as Tabby. I was very happy with my service and price after my frustration right next-door at Sam’s tires service. I highly recommend Mavis.

I went today myow tire pressure light was on. Chris immediately checked my tires and put air in them I bought all 4 tires here last year never had a problem
