OMG!!! They’re just a headache to do business with! I purchased 4 higher end tires for my pickup. They said an hour to put them on. I made an appointment and was still there 5 hours later. They wrecked tire valves during installation and I was back for 3 more hours to get those fixed. Throughout they did not even want to look at them because they had put the wrong info in their computer. It just felt “scammy” like they put questionable tires on then didn’t want to support them.

Stopped by shop to have my tire pressure check. Staff were quick to handle despite being busy. Glad i bought my tires here

Didn’t have an actual “appointment” but did call to see if they were busy, they told me to come on up there. When I got there, my car went right in the service bay. I was there 30 minutes m, at the most. Been here twice and both times service, inside and out, was great. Definitely bringing my car here any/every time I need work done to my car 100%…

My wife got a flat on her Kia Sorento. I took the tire off and put on a spare. I set an appointment to have a new tire put on online for Tuesday 10/12 at 4pm at the Dunwoody GA location. I rearranged my schedule to get this taken care of. I showed up at 3:45 only to be told that they cannot honor my appointment because they were short staffed and had no idea if or when they can fit me in. (No communication that my appointment was not able to be filled) I wound up just leaving the rim and flat tire with the manager stating that I would return on Wednesday morning 8am (opening) to get the new tire installed on the car. I showed this morning at 8:15 only to be told that the techs are not in yet and had to wait. Finally a tech showed up (8:45) and installed the new tire. When I got in the car I noticed that the spare wasn't put back under the car where it belongs, it was just thrown in the back of the SUV! I asked why the job wasn't completed and the manager said that the tech was new and didn't know??? By this time another car was on the lift and since I was already an hour late to start my day I left. Now on top of no appointment accountability and techs showing up late, I have to crawl under the car to reinstall the spare!! The manager wasn't even sympathetic to the situation she keep coming up with excuses which from a customers perspective doesn't make a difference. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, I will NOT return to a Dekalb / Mavis Tire!
