Dan and Ahmad were fantastic to deal with. Joe, the technician who completed the work, was also great. I had a very good experience and will definitely be back.

I called prior to them opening as well as made an appointment to get ONE flat tire changed quick before my weekend trip! The rude man at the desk kept saying we would be “next” even when we got there as soon as they opened… over 3 hours go by PLUS it was WAY past our appointment time and he claims it’s still going to be a COUPLE MORE HOURS for ONE TIRE!!!!! It was extremely frustrating and if I would’ve been told the truth from the beginning I would’ve gone somewhere else! Completely ruined my weekend trip all because they wanted me to wait all day just to get my money for ONE tire that takes 5 mins to change! The only reason I got out semi faster was because the man ahead of me got pissed off for having to wait 4 hours and left…absolutely ridiculous never again.

Thursday morning had an 8:00am appointment for tire still loosing air, they previously plugged. Was there almost 4 hours. Was told by Manager Ed he was sorry and took full responsibility for the time I was there and assured me he fixed my tire himself and it was good. I left, and by that night psi was down to 19, called and was told the plug must have fallen out. Also they scratched my wheel and center cap. Brought car back Friday , talked to managers Vince and Ed. Stated they had to send my wheel out to get refinished, take my spare wheel off and put the again plugged tire on that wheel. They said they would call so I could pick my car up Friday night. NO CALL, NO COMMUNICATION- NOTHING. Had to call out of work Saturday, had no car. Managers Vince and Ed have the worst customer service skills, never called Friday night. I called Saturday morning, both managers called out and had a manager from another store, had no idea what was the status of my car or anything. He called me back 2 hours later said my car was done yesterday and ready for pick up. When I got there, In doing so yesterday, they got mechanic grease on EVERYTHING in my trunk. Yeti bag, yeti cooler, a birthday gift bag, winter items, grease will not come out. The tools they needed from the trunk compartment to remove spare tire, were left intact and thrown in my trunk, compartment door broke, so I’m assuming that is why they were not placed back in the bag and put back in the compartment.
When leaving Mavis, my car was shaking at 40 MPH and unsafe to drive.
Reached out to corporate. Was put in touch with Shane Gallagher (regional manager) I expressed my safety concerns with Shane at this time . I was told my tire would be back Monday, and my car was ok to drive.
AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION, NO PHONE CALL. Vince the manager told Shane he called, that’s a lie- no phone call. Tuesday, was promised wheel would be in tomorrow, Wednesday, same thing, Thursday, still no wheel. Shane expressed his sincere apologies and offered me a $200 credit to Mavis, no thank you!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!
He said I would be compensated otherwise, and was going to “take care of it”
Thursday Mavis then rented me a car from enterprise. Wheel finally came in, went to Mavis, 8am Monday morning. Was there for over an hour getting tire and wheel out on.
Once again…. NO COMMUNICATION after.
I’ve called, texted Shane, I was told Tuesday, in meetings all day via text and would call me at 5pm
It’s the next day, Wednesday and still no communication.
This is a nightmare to have to go through. Having been disrespected by two Mavis managers, Vince and Ed, due to the incompetency of fixing a tire loosing air, ( plugs just don’t fall out), carelessness of property with my wheel, and their lack of customer service skills. Then, reaching out to the regional manager was no help. I was expecting for the problem to be rectified. The problem continued and my phone calls and texts stop being answered
My experience was good for an oil change. It was quick and efficient appointment. Thank you for great service.
I had low tire pressure signal come on, drove into Mavis in Flanders they got me in ASAP removed the long nail and had me back on the Road :) The best!!!
