Pro's and cons
Pro's - the crew took my short notice appointment and worked on my car issue.
Cons - they didn't charge me for 5 hours work, made out they were doing me a holiday favour and let me leave the premises.
The vehicle is in a dangerous state, far worse then when it arrived. Instead of saying it was out of there wheelhouse, they let me drive away in which i made it 1 block before deciding it was too dangerous to drive. The mechanic was hot headed and incompetent. The front desk tried to palm off on other peoples work instead of owning up that it had them stumped.
This behavior is not acceptable to let a client drive away with the vehicle in such a state.

I never have a problem at Mavis Tire. They do everything right, let me know if I need anything done to my car to keep it running smooth and safe. I have two cars that i take to Mavis Tire and they don't go anyplace else for service or repairs!!!
