I have used Mavis for years!! And the reason is, the team is great. Everyone is working together, and intent on giving really good service. Jeury is so efficient and busy making sure the customer's needs are met. I liked very much the politeness, and the way the team enjoyed their work. It was a very busy site, which spoke to the quality of Mavis. The ethic is honest, and doesn't push for anything unnecessary!

Just needed a plug for my tire because of a puncher.
Luckily they weren't busy because i was heading to work , they took care of it quickly and i was on my way.

This is my third time going to Mavis. I have purchased tires, gotten an oil change, and an estimate for brake work. Each time the technicians have been courteous , knowledgeable and have explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this Mavis location.

it was horrible i ordered tires on line the store in glen cove i also made an appointment. They brought my car in almost 45 minutes after my appointment. Meanwhile when my car was brought in first there was one guy working on it taking the tires off then he stopped and than again waiting another half an hour then another guy starts working on taking my old tires off. The tires i ordered on line were more expensive. The Manager than came out to tell me that i ordered the wrong tires and that the ones i am getting are cheaper. I finally get my car back it took over 2 and half hours the manger was very un organized. than a couple of days later my car was wobbling i than brought the car back spoke to Solomon who is the main manager and told me he fixed it and balanced them, I got the car back and told him it was still wobbling and i brought the car back than he said it was fixed, picked the car up and it was again still wobbling. I brought it back for the 4th time same thing. I told solomon what happened with the original order and his manager on for work that day and he basically said it was my problem that i accepted the tires and that they weren't the right fit well his manager should know if he is the expert working at a tire store and should know about the tires. I paid 455.00 dollars than Solomon tells me the reason why its still wobbling is because i got the wrong tire, well his manager told me it was the right tire and he said i will bit the bullet u give me 180.00 more dollars and i will put a better tire on your car. Its a Nissan Sentra i got quoted 550 from Nissan them self really i feel like i got ripped off and i would never use this place again. The owner of this place said it was my fault. I don't think so you should hire people with experience and people should not have to pay the price for that
