Today's service was surprisingly quick, efficient and professional! The new team is great! My only complaint is bathroom cleanliness!

I went here to get an oil change. When it was time to pay. The cashier told me that my front brakes were done.
I was not informed prior to the work being done. Nor did I authorize it. I end up paying for more than what I requested.

I would like to follow up regarding the one star review I left last month.
I am very happy to say that the called the number I was given after I left the negative review. I was connected to a supervisor (Michael) who was very professional. I explained what happened. He told me the shop worker Mike no longer worked for Mavis. Michael took a several weeks but he was able to review what happened and I received a check in the mail this week for the damages and the car rental.
I would like to say thank you to Michael for handling this for me!

Mike is the best!

Made an appt. for 8am and was pleased to see staff ready for business. They took me in right away with little wait time and were done quickly. Courteous and considerate of my time and me.

The Mavis in Greenville is great! They are super helpful and always have time even if it's last minute.

Mike and Sterling are an asset to the Greenville NY Mavis. I work with customers on a daily basis so customer service is #1 with me! And these guys nailed it! I like going into a place and not being treated like I'm stupid because I'm a woman. I have dealt with that at other businesses. And I like that Sterling took the time to go over things with me. Other businesses have not done that. The time they take and the excellent customer service I get every time I come is the reason why I'll be a loyal customer. It's so nice to have them in our small town! Thanks for all you do Mike and Sterling!

Friendly staff and very good service

Mike is amazing! My son and I each travel 20 miles just to come to this Mavis because we are always well taken care of. Mike has a sense of urgency and conscious of his customers time and concerns for their vehicle. He tries very hard to make sure they get the best deal and service in a timely manner.

Just wanted to leave a note that Chandi at the Greenville, NY store was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our experience a good one.

They got me right in for an oil change and ordered the parts for my brake job this Saturday. Polite and professional! I will continue to be a repeat customer!
