I just watched mavis send a woman to…

I just watched mavis send a woman to give bad news to a woman. The lady was from out of town and was having problems with her front end. The lady came out telling her that she could see that the lady had just had work done. And then said she wasn’t sure what happened but the guy who did original work had maybe not done it correct. Which is fine and dandy! But, why didn’t you explain to her that his work should have a a warranty and say you should call them and see what they say? Nope instead she said it got to be fixed and it $699.99! Wtf?!?? Really! That’s how you treat someone from out of town?! Will not be going back!!!

Senior citizens beware of Chris

Why do people with no customer service skills get those kind of jobs? After having had a negative experience at this location in the past my husband opted to only deal with Gabe. Gabe has always been helpful, patient and honest. But today my husband went in and asked for Gabe as usual and Chris told him that he hadn’t made it in yet but would be shortly, so my husband, who is handicapped; went and sat back in the car to wait. After about 45 minutes the young woman at the desk came out to check on him. When he told her who he was waiting on she told him that Gabe was out sick today and everyone knew that so she didn’t know why he was told different. WOW!!! Chris was that upset that a handicapped senior citizen had a specific person he wanted to deal with, that wasn’t him; that he would have him sitting in a car for almost an hour for nothing? Would he have let him sit there till closing time? Having a good laugh along the way?
