Happy Customer

The very professional and Friendly atmosphere began my visit. Both Brian and Kevin (Store Gen. Mgr) were very very helpful, understanding and considerate during my time there. I also watched them both show the same professionalism and care to all others who entered the location! Will definitely return, so will my wife with her vehicle!

Connye gave me great service and made sure I had everything I needed for my car. I will be back.

Outstanding all around service from customer service to vehicle service what more can you ask for Kevin and the entire are pretty impressive with the Knowlege of what's going on with your car it really makes you feel at ease. Thank You for having such well trained mechanics in our area of Philadelphia (Bakers Center what a great asset to have in our community this is very much needed a very professional.

Came in for a screw on my rear driver side tire. The front staff was very helpful and friendly came in and out in 30 min. Also very knowledgeable about what they were performing to my car and were also including a free inspection on breaks etc.

Custom service was excellent.

Yes, hire more people like Leslie (manager)!!
I felt welcomed when I came to Mavis. I was not uncomfortable, and that's a big thing with me. Leslie had my back the whole time, assured me that she would make it happen and that made it 20-times easier. Also, I never thought I'd receive such help that she gave me.
However, I would recommend Mavis definitely because of the way they handled their business and the way that they showed that they cared and made things possible. It wasn't just a job, it wasn't just business nor wasted time...
Lastly, Omar and especially Leslie, were honest, great hospitality and kept it real every step of the repair & buying process.
In conclusion, the time waiting for my car to be repaired was well worth the wait and I have a Cadillac. Other shops are hesitant with certain repairs of my car, Leslie was very professional and explained each step of the repairs that was needed. It very hard to find a decent and honest mechanic, finally found mine at Mavis. I'm definitely going to refer other to this particular Mavis and hopefully Leslie will be working on those particular days. High kudos for Leslie and thank you for the services.Baker's Mall

Great Customer Service

Besides good service, they were on point with the handling my car at the time of the appointment, which is greatly appreciated.

Needed a diagnosis on my car after getting an oil change: was told the mechanic was not present and I should return another day. The service for the oil change was good.
