The usual garbage here. Woman says, wheels feel unbalanced, did I throw a weight? They say- no, it’s your brakes! Want us to do them? Woman say no, I already have an appointment with my regular tried-and-true mechanics anyway… mechanic says there is nothing wrong with my brakes in the least, but at least one wheel does look recently rebalanced.

Mavis Tire in Kingston NY is my go to store for tires and routine auto maintenance. The guys there do a great job.

First thing I was told my tire repair would take about 45min, two hours later the repair gets done, no apologies not a word, then I get ready to pay and my wallet is in the car, so he uses my remote to open the door not handing me the fub to open my door, that was fine with me, I had left my wallet right on top of the center console. When I returned to the counter with my wallet in hand and I told the person that was cashing me out, that I hope the person is trustworthy and he looked at me like I insulted him, He didn't think that way when he didn't trust to give me the fob

I’ve been a Mavis customer for 20 yrs and the service I receive is always the best. Car was taken in on time and work completed in shorter time than anticipated. Price is always very good.

This Mavis is wonderful! Always a pleasure doing business with the guys here, professional, courteous and honest. No one is perfect, but they do their best to honor their work and fulfill the customers concerns and needs, thanks guys!

Very prompt in getting my car in for repairs and inspection . Staff always professional and courteous . Charges were fair . My entire family uses the Kingston Mavis and are always pleased with their service !

Don't go here it is horrible they make you wait wait wait. You have to make an appointment online and they tell you have to wait. The work they do is horrible I don't know how they stay open. This is one of two franchise stores so forget about Corp.
They want very little to do with these stores. They make a lot of money because people are tricked, You always have to wait here, no joke. Go anywhere else but not this store.
I really like the STS tires less than a mile away. They treat you with respect and are super nice.

8am opening - Staff had several people to check in all of us quickly, as five of us were waiting for the door to open. I could see through the window, the technician performing my NYS inspection... he surely checked out everything and more. In not much time, I was on my way.... staff smiled, everyone seems to enjoy their job.
