The guys took great care of my vehicle at this Mavis location. Justin and Cutter both helped answer questions I needed to know the answers to. They even allowed my vehicle to stay for longer without any additional fees while parts were delayed in the shipping process.

Failure to Repair
On 11/07/2025 I took my vehicle to Mavis because the of a squealing noise when braking. The gentleman at the front desk stated my vehicle would be checked to confirm what is causing the squealing noise. After being checked I was told the front brake hoses, brake rotors, brake calibers and brake pads needed to be replaced. Also a brake system flush needed to be done. After the "repair" was completed and I paid $1175.92, I noticed my vehicle was still making the squealing noise. I contacted Mavis and informed that my vehicle was still making the squealing noise. They told me to bring it back and when I did I was given an additional estimate of $1505.82 to fix an issue I already paid $1175.92 to fix. That's $2681.74 for a "repair" that was never done. Luckily someone suggested Reds & Sons Auto Repair where my vehicle issue was actually repaired and at a lower cost.

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business
