Quick in & out
Was processed very quickly for my oil/filter change. Person at desk very pleasant. Waiting area comfortable, clean, bright, and actually had a restroom -- not like the usual dingy car waiting room experience. Liked how when I tried to call on previous day, there was a person there who immediately picked up the phone, instead of having to wade through a menu and hope someone would pick up, eventually. Also happy there was no attempt to upsell, but they were fairly busy.
