I had a flat on Sunday. I went to Mavis with the spare and asked if they could change it. They did not have the same tire, so they ordered the tire and called me Tuesday before noon to tell me it had arrived. I went there and was in and out. They attended me immediately, they were very polite and professional.

We all know times are rough. Yes we be patience with doing job.
Mechanic did a great job on getting car fixed.

The staff are courteous and professional, and the work very good. I had a very inconvenient experience this time though. I had an appt for inspection on 10/22/21. at 8am. Told I could wait for the vehicle in a phone appt. I got there before 8. The employee told me there would be a 3-5 hour wait because of a machine break down. We rescheduled for 10/26 at 8am. I arrived and was told they couldn't inspect due to inclement weather. I had to return on 10/27 to get inspection.It was done quickly on that day. A phone call should've been made those last 2 apptmts. I wasted time and gas.

My check engine light came on at 97K. Of course there's no way for us to know what this was for. Turned out to be a simple oil change. Also had a warning that the battery in my key fob was low. Justin (Mgr.) took the key apart and told me the battery I needed to buy to replace it.

Justin was awesome and very thorough!!! Got me in and out in great time.. definitely over and beyond customer service!!! Thanks again!

I went in sceptical and left a believer. These folks are pros and were very accomodating. It's not often you go to a tire place only to find out they can replace wheel axles as well, and in the nick of time. They even showed me the problem areas. I couldn't argue with that. When the job was done I left with a smooth ride, no more wheel wobble, in less than 2 hours. Thanks to Danielle and her great crew.
