I had a 1PM appointment for a tire to be replaced. I selected the tire and booked the appointment. I arrived early and went in to fill out paper work and was all done before 1PM. I was told twice that my car would be next. At 3:30PM my car was still in the parking area. Shortly thereafter my car was put on the lift and the hub cap removed then it sat there for about 1/2 hr. before they finally got to work on it and the work was done quickly except i had after market valve caps and when I got home I realized they had put on a regular plastic one. While all this was happening about 3.34PM I called Mavis tire head office and talked to the customer service line. They apologized and said they would offer me a discount but they had to check with the store which they did as I waited on line. When corporate came back on line they told me the store manager would give me the discount and they couldn't. I also explained that making the appointment on line did not seem to have any real connection to the store. I had previously booked an appointment for a wheel alignment was called by the store that it would be later in the day which I showed up for later in the day and waited until they said they would be closing and would need to come back another day which I never did. The store manager gave me a very small discount. To say I was a dissatisfied customer is very understated. I asked the manager where corporate was in all this it was explained to me that they had problems that corporate would not listen to so it is no wonder Mavis Discount Tire

We stopped by Mavis Tires for our 3rd visit on July 23rd due to low air pressure in passenger side rear tire. Austin, the Manager of Mavis Tire & Brakes in Moncks Corner had a Service Tech check the tire out, which was another nail, however this time the nail was in the side wall & would need to be replaced. Fortunately they had the Michelin Defender tire in stock and replaced it while I waited. Additionally, we needed to replace 2 TPMS sensors, which they ordered. Returned to install the 2 TPMS sensors & we were back 100% within 25 minutes!! Thanks Austin!! Jim & Debbie T.

Excellent customer service

Last week when my front car tire was leaking air, the Mavis team took me on short notice and with experience and efficiency had my car ready to drive very quickly. I was shown respect and professionalism which I greatly appreciated - even as a new customer. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. ERW

Information provided to me over the phone was inaccurate. I asked to pay for the tires at time of booking so that the person picking up the vehicle would not need to make payment. The representative advised they could only take deposit but not the balance but that if I could stop by the shop prior to the appointment I would be able to pay the balance. I made a trip to the shop to be told they would not allow that. They would not allow that i be called for the payment also. I must be present to pay. This proved to be extremely inconvenient as I have had to take time off as well as the driver of the vehicle to replace tires. In addition to that we watched the "only man" they have in shop walk around, chat with the front desk staff, and stand outside while the truck waited for tires. When we confronted the front desk about how this was wasting our time she attempted to explain he's the only person she had to do the service and he's doing all that he can. There is absolutely no respect of customers time. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with Mavis. I will now look for a different shop for all future purchases
