customer care service was outstanding and i didnt feel taking advantage of which was a great relief
i had to make to the city for work because of the snow storm that was coming and the crew there took care of my tire issues

Shane and Devon are professionals who are honest and upfront. They explained to me everything I needed done on my vehicle and had the job completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mavis Tires in Monroe NY

Very easy to make appointment online. When arrived, Devon made sure to assist me right away. The waiting area was clean. Wait time was standard.

This Mavis store is amazing! They are always kind, professional, and friendly! Also, they always communicate your car’s needs well and work in a timely manner! My last experience was great! Devin and Roach at the Mavis store in Monroe, NY were so professional, helpful, and polite! I truly appreciate all their help and how well they took care of my car! I will always bring my car back here for service! I would recommend everyone to do the same! Your car will be in the best of care!!!! Great customer service, no long wait times for services, very professional team.

I think this store deserves a little more recognition that it's rating suggests. On my way back home on Sunday (2.5 hr drive), got a flat on my runflats and very few stores were open and none carried my tire size. I was initially reluctant to bring my BMW to a national tire store chain, but I had no choice since Mavis was the closest tire shop. When I got there, the new manager, Anthony, and another gentlemen gave me a the full run down (and education) on tire options. Never did they try to sell me anything and they were extremely knowledgeable. I'm not sure why I was surprised, but I guess I wasn't used to that kind of service having had bad experiences in the past with other chain stores. They even let me order a tire from another retailer and get it shipped there for them to install! The price was more than fair- it was down right inexpensive for them to take the flat tire off, put new on, balance, and mount. When's the last time you felt like you weren't taken advantage of at a dealership or auto shop? I left the car there and came back on Sunday to pick it up, and I got there 1 hour after they closed (sorry about that). But, I got my car and got back upstate safely. Anthony and the crew did a great job and definitely renewed my stance on stores like Mavis. Thanks again for great work and service!

What can i say…MONRE MAVIS IS THE ONLY MAVIS ILL GO TO I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP!!! Bama (the mechanic) knew exactly what my issue was before I finished telling him what was going on. Everyone there from management to mechanics are TOP NOTCH at what they do. I 1000% WILL NOT TAKE MINE OR MY DAUGHTERS CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. I trust their word and they’re all great at what they do. Thanks to everyone there !!!

I would go to this Mavis before any other Mavis

I had been having a Rough Day with My Car when till I drove into Mavis and Met Jessica. She immediately without words being spoken picked up on the kind of day I was Having and went above and Beyond to make my Car Woes a Non Issue. She had a Great Sense of Humor and was Extremely Emphatic. Because of Jessica’s kindness and Understanding Mavis will be the Only Place in Town for My Cars.
