Was in a pinch and went on a recommendation, staff was friendly, caring. honest and fast !!. would highly recommend.

Dave and his staff are always helpful and courteous. They are very attentive and o out of their way to provide good service.

It is extremely easy and convenient to make reservations online. The staff at Route 66 in Neptune is very professional in servicing my vehicle on time with quality service. They are very friendly and inform you in detail on the work that needs to be done.

Ed at the Neptune store was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained things in terms I could understand and was honest regarding the available tires and their durability. Great job!

Brian, the manager was awesome professional and trustworthy explained everything and got me in and got me out exactly as he stated

We originally went in for an oil change but a staff member, whose name I belive was Brian, told us of some other things that needed to be done and so we had those things taken care of. The wait time was not long and the older gentleman at the front desk, as well as Brian was very easy to talk to, kind and professional! Good sevice! That's why we always bring our car to Mavis.

Got an oil change. They got me immediately and did my job. Front desk man and mechanic were very professional and friendly.

This morning I stopped by Mavis Tire fir both my brake lights were out. Checked in with Barry and Dave. They immediately got my car in to the bay and replaced the bulbs. I asked them to check my tires also and of course Dave said I'm in need of rear shocks and two tires. I plan on having shocks and tires done next week at Mavis. Barry and Dave are great. They provide terrific customer service and there is no other place I would go to to have my vehicle services.
