ATTN: MAVIS... These kind of workers are rare to come by!
I didn't catch the managers name on the day I went to Mavis Discount Tires in Newark, NY around 4 o'clock, but he was a tall guy who obviously was having a not so good of a day, but in spite of of that, what impressed me was the fact that he didn't let it get the best of him. He was very helpful and polite, and took care of my need without delay. My hope is that the company will get word of this review and do whatever they can to reward him for being a great employee and retain him for his service!
