Took me right in...tested and installed new battery in less than 45 minutes. I've always found Mavis (in Oswego, NY) to be efficient and honest. They have yet to disappoint me.
Note: my date of service was 10/18/22 but this review form keeps changing it to 10/17/22.

Always taken care of right away. Would recommend anyone to have there vehicle taken care of there.

This is not my first visit to this Mavis location. I have been a customer for a few years.This is my go to place for any issues with any of my vehicles. Even if it is for a service they don't provide, they are always there to advise and direct.

Excellent service and very pleasant atmosphere

Staff was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Price was good, had a coupon which was honored, Work was completed in a timely manner.

My car was passed for NYS inspection, and then when it was brought to another shop days later I was told I had a broken frame. This stemmed from and issue I have been bringing up for 2 years and have been repeatedly told is nothing.

I have used our local Mavis shop for the last several years for all my tire needs. The staff there has always been friendly, cooperative and going that bit extra to satisfy. Their prices can’t be beat. A total package of product and service.
I do have one complaint, due to company policy now, I cannot have my Superduty truck serviced there. I did at onetime, even purchased a set of tires.

Had a slow leak in back right tire due to a nail. Was on my way to an appointment which was 60 miles away and I was afraid the nail might get thrown out at high speed leaving me with a total flat by the side of the road and late. MAVIS got me in and out in less than 30 minutes so I was on time. Super impressed with their service.

This Mavis Tire store in Oswego gets a 5 star review from me. The service is top notch and professional. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We have never been disappointed here.

The people are always polite and helpful. Never had a bad experience. The service is fast and always done correctly the first time. Would definitely recommend Mavis in Oswego, NY.
