I need to give Allan & the Mavis team 5plus stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. For the past two months I’ve taken my vehicle to the dealer to get two major issues remedied & repaired. After numerous visits for two months & a hefty monetary expense for the repairs, I still had the same issues & frustration I originally went in with.
Off I went to Mavis hoping they can assist me with my repairs. Allan (I believe he’s the service mgr.)asked me what was going on with the vehicle and he patiently listened to my situation. After taking my vehicle in & inspected it, he &one of the mechanics, were able to figure the issue, remedied & repaired it within an hour without the hefty price tag. My vehicle is back to driving smoothly and efficiently. I am grateful for the expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend them. Keep up the excellent work. They are my “go to” from this time on. Very trustworthy. Thank you Mavis team.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was told they would take my car right in for a nail in the tire. I waited an hour. The place was empty and they were only servicing one other car. Staff was standing around chatting. They lost my business.
