My dad and I have been going to Mavis for a while now. I am starting to go by myself and it can be stressful sometimes, being young and a female I don’t know a lot about cars! I came in to get an inspection on my car. I was lucky to meet Wyde! He was very helpful and even took me out to where my car was being worked on to show me what was wrong with it. He and the rest of the team were very understanding and helpful and worked alongside me and my dad for a couple of days to help us figure everything out and get it fixed. Wyde is awesome thank you!!

Stopped in to have a tire put on a wheel. Even tho I already them & didn’t purchase from mavis, they got on it & a minimum wait. Very friendly & will go back.

I called earlier in the day with a wire…
I called earlier in the day with a wire in my tire and Ryan answered the phone in a very pleasant voice I told him my problem and I said I couldn’t be there till 5:15 He said no problem just come on in I brought my tire in and the other Ryan fixed it They didn’t charge me for the service This was a surprise and so nice of the Ryan’s Thankyou so much Mavis for hiring great people to work for you

DO NOT GO HERE!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! For any reason! I went in for an alignment and came out with a busted skidplate and gas tank! Whatever they ran over was hard enough to smash the drive shaft into the frame. Contacted store manager then regional manager and were no help. They test drive cars off camera so it is tech's word against mine. So I spent 130 on an alignment and ended up doubling to fix the damage they refuse to take ownership of. 0 stars
