All good, everyone was very helpful. They took a lot of interest in making sure I knew what I needed in tires. Also very happy with the tires I purchased.

We were traveling through Saratoga with time constraints and we had an issue with our Audi. Darcy was incredible...they were very busy but they got us back on the road in minutes! Great people and we appreciate what they did very much!

Reception was pleasant and professional. I told Dorci I had time pressure and she listened and surprised me being early.
She explained the problem and the fix in easy to understand language with a nice personal style.

I spoke to Cory on Tuesday and the problem was fixed on Thursday just like he said. Everything was done in a timely professional manner.

First time I went my truck sensors were not ready for it to be inspected and I made an appointment for today 6/10 @8am. They got me in and inspected all in about 5 to 7 mins. Great place to go and get your needs taken care of.

Currently I am very satisfied with the Mavis. I had a very bad experience at another nearby Mavis, but that experience is now in the past and the store in Saratoga Springs has more than made up for that past glitch. They go out of their way to please the customer and do things very efficiently.

I have given this business a lot of work in the past 2 years. This time I left thinking about the cost.yes I was around about given an inspection for $1. My inspection showed my front wiper blades needed to be replaced because I was told they were ripped. I never noticed this but ok change them. I knew my back wiper needed to be replaced but is not needed in an inspection. I was told that by the person at the counter. So with that being said, I was given the bill with the back wiper price added. 3 blades at $70. Now the feel good part for me is (were only charging you$1for the inspection.) I priced the blades when I left @ 2 locations and $35 was a good blade quality for 3. So maybe I came up only $15 more. I'm pinching every penny and honestly is important to me.
