I was told a price range with $100…

Very disappointing experience.

I was given a price range the day before, and a $100 discount was clearly agreed upon. When I returned to pick up my car, the technician completely denied what had been discussed and refused to honor the agreement.

What made the situation even worse was his attitude. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. There was no accountability and no effort to resolve the issue or treat me with basic respect as a customer.

If you agree on a price with a customer, you should honor that agreement. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I would not recommend this shop. Based on my experience, the customer service was poor, the communication was careless, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I will not be returning.
