Survey
The service I received at the Somerset location was a very nice experience. The service “Matt “ and a female personnel were very arrive and knowledgeable The service was prompt under and hour all the services were explained to me before it was performed. At the end of the service I ended up paying $0.00 it turned out it was a leaking tire valve stem and not the sensor so hats off to both of the people that helped me today.

They totally messed up my truck when they changed the brakes without even doing a road test to see if I even needed brakes....took it back a few times, but willnot have them touch it again. Am having a AAA mechanic fix it so I know I am driving a safe vehicle. Do not trust bringing it back to Mavis to fix it again. $500 wasted...guaranteed work useless!

TJ checked me in and I was the first customer of the day. My maintenance light was on my dashboard and he correctly predicted that I needed an oil change.
I was finished in less than an hour. Great job!

Routine Oil Change
Went for an oil change and it was completed in a timely manner. Given the choice of regular or synthetic oil advising me of the advantages and difference in cost and mileage. Also had my wipers replaced-🎼I can see clearly now!🎼 Thanks for taking good care of my car and concern for my safety on the road! Much appreciated.
