Wonderful experience very quick and polite service

On Saturday, Mavis reported that two tires with slow leaks had nails. Repair done Sunday morning. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Weekend hours a real plus! TY!

The staff here is great, Joe was very knowledgeable for only being there about a month and even when he was unsure he wasn’t afraid to ask questions. In todays world it’s nice to see someone open to learning and trying their best. It shows that he’s not just there to make a paycheck but to actually connect with the customers and provide excellent service. Brian was able to provide useful insight for parts selection and made the process easier. On top of that the techs in the shop were quick to grab cars and get them done. From what I saw they were honest and showed integrity in their work. They carried themselves with a work ethic that is rarely seen. I will continue to bring my cars here because of the lasting impression my visit made. 10/10

Staff is always friendly and efficient. They took care of my oil change quite quickly and they are very reasonable.

Absolute disgrace of a service. I can see why they don't allow open reviews on Google. First theyafter we call for service they tell us to bring it in. Them just as we get home they call to say they can't work on it come back and pick it up. Days go by after it was supposed to be done and onlty after we inquire do they tell us they broke the axis on our car. I'm sure more was damaged. They lied to us on multiple ocassions from "Im the only one here" to "I'm watching your car being worked on now". "The parts here it will be installed tomorrow" to the next day "Its actually not here its coming from far away!". Not trustworthy, deceptive, incompetent, Destructive. There's no way they only damaged the axle without damaging other core parts of the vehicle... but I guess ill wait until I'm driving down the highway at 75mph and something breaks and gets me killed. Will add more when I get my car back. See you in 2023.

On June 2, 2021 my left rear tire suffered a puncture by a Phillips head screw.
Mavis Southampton, PA is close to us so I called them. Jason & Dan took care of me. They got me in for an appointment the same afternoon, found the correct tire, got it installed and told me I could pick the car up before 6 pm the same day. This is fantastic service. From my phone call to the time I picked up the care Dan was on top of everything. He was great. My wife is already a Mavis customer. I will be too. Excellent job!
