I am a local Automotive shop owner…
I am a local Automotive shop owner (Bavarian Autowerks) and went to have 4 tires installed on my personal vehicle on a Saturday. All 4 of my tires were mounted incorrectly and one of the faces of my wheels was damaged in the process. I ended up spending 4 hours of my time there. I was then charge for the tire mounting and told that they did not damage my wheels. When there was clearly fresh red paint all over the surface. I will no longer be recommending this shop for my clients. Very unprofessional in my option.

Ronni helped me get the best price on shocks for my front end and gave me a discount on the alignment. I will always use Mavis tires. They are great ppl and treat their customers like family. The guys in the back are good at what they do. Mavis is a great place to find you need any work done on your vehicle.

A surprise blessing!
I was on a trip in Mobile Alabama and my tire started going flat. So I went to Mavis Tires in Theodore, AL and they found that I had a nail in it. They were able to get me in right away so that I could start my journey home. When I got ready to pay, the computer wasn't working correctly. After waiting a few minutes, the clerk told me that he had been given permission to tell me that the service was free! What a blessing! My tire was done and I was on my way home!
