Poor Professional Etiquette
My husband and I have been loyal MAVIS customers for over ten years. We've remained throughout the different name changes and staff overhauls. However, on 6/18/23, I experienced very poor customer service by one staff member. The man spoke to me in a less than professional tone and displyed a negative attitude. I felt very disrespected. Due to this negative experience, my husband and I have decided to have the MINOR car issue serviced somewhere other than Mavis. The staff member would benefit from professional customer service etiquette training, he clearly lacks these skills!!
Additionally, I will share my recent experience with MAVIS headquarters, my friends, co-coworkers, and family.

They were very professional and explained in detail any issues and how to resolve them. Very thorough! Made me feel more at ease.
From the front staff to the pros in the bays, the service was perfect. They explained what they did in detail and were very understanding of any concerns or questions I threw at them…it’s like I was talking to good friend. Great job!!!!

Andy at the store was extremely knowledgeable and to say very helpful is an understatement! The store was bombarded with customers and even though he was short staffed, hekepthis composure, stayed come and grinded! I definitely recommend this store especially if he is working or managing it!

Quick and professional
Had to have a screw removed from a tire. Got there when they opened and within 30 minutes I was driving home. Tire repaired and excellent service. Very satisified!!

It took them over 24hrs to get a puncture in my tire fixed. I can't believe they made me wait till next day to get my tire when I brought it in at 9am.
