Absolutely horrible experience at this location in Washington twp nj! I had a appointment for a alignment at 8am my car wasn't put on the alignment rack until 11-11:30am!! When I questioned management ,they gave me every excuse in the book. Once I made it clear I was calling corporate the alignment kid got off his butt to do his job. A hour later he returned my car and it now pulled hard left , it drove worse then when I dropped it off. I complained and they said they was unable to reach all the adjustment points so they didn't charge me. A 35 minute drive one way from my home then almost 5hrs of waiting around at the shop for what should have been a 45min to 1hr job tops, got me pissed tf off!

Totally forgot about my 8 am appointment and they took me 20 minutes late anyway! Easily got some work done in the 25-30 minutes it took. I’ve been bringing my cars here for years!

Mike was great and greeted me from the door at 8am. Hard to do! Courtney made him aware of my appointment. Ederson did a fantastic job if closing out the sale and made good suggestions for the future. Dave gives top notch work on my car everything. He is why I will always come back to Mavis in Washington! Great group!

well the manger was timely in waiting on customers and my car was done in a very short time. This was at STS on Albany Ave in Kingston , NY

I would like to suggest however that you provide coffee with the single server maker!

The gentleman behind the counter was awesome. He was friendly and efficient and was very honest. Had a flat tire before work and had two hours to get there. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Props to these guys and I was happy with the turnout.

Technician lied about issue that said is what prevented him from doing the job. What he told me was false. Guess it was laziness. Won’t go back there again. Either he didn’t know what to do and lied so he wouldn’t have to do it or he knew what to do but was incompetent to do it.
