I had a 9:00am appointment to get my…

I had a 9:00am appointment to get my front-end aligned. The first appointment for the day was at 8:00. I arrived at 8:45 only to be told by the man at the desk that he had not even bothered to look at the emails yet. But he had the gall to book 2 other customers in front of me and that it would be 10:00--10:30 before he could work me in.

I told him that there is no one on the rack. Why can't we stick with the appointment. Again, he came back trying to get me to wait until 10:30. That didn't happen. This employee ruined my whole morning; and because of his stupid mistake, he wanted me to suffer. My truck still needs alignment, so I'll have to waste another day because their employee is a slacker that needs to be fired!!

Oil change and a new tire sensor

I had an oil change and a new tire sensor installed on my 2011 Toyota Camry. They were fast, efficient and friendly. My car was finished within an hour from the time I dropped it off. I have been doing business with this location for many years and have always had a good experience, which is why I continue to go back to them.
