What an awful experience dealing with a manager with no integrity. I dropped my car off 8:15a for my appt. Finally got a call after 3pm that my car was ready to pick up. I emphasized to Chris about how unsafe my car felt driving it because of the shaking when braking. Chris told me that all was well, the mechanic had checked the brakes and I was good to go. I got in my car, tire indicator light was still on. I stopped at garage, spoke with the mechanic that worked on my car, he said he didn't check the brakes, he only rotated the tires. He was unaware and had not been told about the shaking. I addressed it with Chris, who was at a loss for words. How incredibly sad!! This is the main reason why I left the Irmo location. West Columbia was my to go Mavis due to the excellent customer service by Madison and Brian. Now that this location is under a manager who lacks integrity, I won't be back. Just awful!! No improvement in the shaking as I nervously drove home in 5pm traffic. Took my car elsewhere, I was told it was my rotors and brake pads. Work completed!!

Terrible, They spend too much time on the clock looking crazy. Looking at the phone vaping, then concentrating on my safety. My brakes and my tires are purchased tires. They broke the steam on it. One of my tires, they took despair tire and put it on my car and put the new tire in a Chiropractic and didn't put that back correctly. I really would like my money back. And it took discount tires to resolve this issue. When I brought it to the manager he act like he's on some mind. Altering drug, there was no reason that these types of mishaps should happen when you are trusting somebody to do your brakes and tires the right way. There is no excuse for this. I asked the manager to get me in touch with corporate. Doing my travels to Georgia. It was a scary unsafe drive because they didn't do the job right? How are you gonna buy tires? And they put the new one in the tire well and the old tire under the hip. I'm waiting for someone from corporate to get back with me. I want my money back. I'm sick and tired of people in this world. Act like they don't know God they're just doing everything to get the money. Mother Earth is tired and God's p***** off.

Ty was amazing in getting us in to fix our tire as we were 3 hours out of town. So kind and took care of us right away.

Always have a good experience here. Front desk was excellent and technicians as well.
