I went in for a front end alignment as well as tire sensors and Robert got both jobs done in a timely manner. He was very professional! My experience at Mavis Tires in Madison Ms was pleasant and helpful. I would most certainly recommend Mavis to my family and friends.

Fast efficient service, communication through out the process. Wayne did an excellent job with the inspection along with recommendations for the future.

I came in for lower rear control arms Both sides replaced and during dissembling they found out my coil spring was broken on left rear passenger. They informed me right away showed me the broken part. Ordered both sides for me. It took a couple days. Came in Saturday got car back Wednesday. I Have new cam torque bolts installed with wheel alignment. Thank u Mavis Rio Grande for staying professional and polite at all times. Special thanks to Manager Matthew and Mechanic Robert. I appreciate it.

Shamel and Tommy did an excellent job. Shamel explained how to help with fuel economy by cleaning fuel injection. With gas being 4.25 a gallon I told them to do it vehicle has more pep now. Will tell my neighbors about service given could not be happier.

I have been sitting here for over 3.5 hours waiting for tires and an alignment. I had an appointment for 9 am and I was even 30 minutes early.

Came in early in the morning with a flat tire. Was immediately greeted and helped by a kind gentleman. Service was incredibly quick and everyone here was really easy to speak with. Will definitely come back to be serviced again!!

Tire Kingdom close to the DMV is the best. Professional, kind, courteous and very accommodating. Was standing outside the store and before I could ask they offered to put my license on the car. That’s more than awesome, that’s a WOW. Will be there again.🙏❤️🙏

Horrible customer service, I requested an out the door price, before I arrived to have my car serviced. Once they serviced it, the price went up $80 and only then explained they can’t give out the door price. Imagine them doing this to every customer how much money that puts in their pockets.
