Good phone - no tech supprt
The product (stupid phone for ... old people) works ok apart from the odd technical issue (in this case the SD card can't be accessed, several niggly things that weren't covered in the manual)...
The issue is that their Tech Support appears to be somewhere else (as in "out to lunch") and no one replies to tech support requests on any channel.
The phone looks like they licenced the code from Nokia (as was) and re-hashed it for this platform. Nice one. Pity that they are not supporting it.
Also about time someone took an Android installation and made it run on a stupid phone platform. Topic for another thread.
I was completely unable to find anything that amounts to a community self-help forum.

Ok being fair, I found their replies in my spam bucket so I can't claim that they didn't reply - and the reply was in English (thanks) and the reply was quite detailed... but there are still some things outstanding. Moving on...
