My dog won't let anyone touch his feet, including the vet. Even when totally sedated, he screams. He is very strong! I began looking at toe nail grinders. I lucked up on Maximutt! I loved their mission and total love and dedication for pets...homeless pets! We developed a friendship over the internet. I normally don't interact on line. I only have my phone to communicate. I chatted with Sarah. Absolutely a delite! Give these guys a chance! I looked at all grinders on line. This small company won me over, simply because of their dedication and donations. They also spend much time at animal shelters and adoption events in Denver. I've sorta tried the tool. Big Dawg ( the pitty ) hid! My other dawg, JoeB, thought it was a toy! He wanted to eat it! The nail trimmer works well, and doesn't spook our dog as much as a standard clipper. They had great communtication and customer service.

So far it's been excellent. So personal and that's a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

I’ve been sending emails to get a refund on my Maxi Matt trimmer no response whatsoever no phone number to call yet. They say you can get a refund within 99 days of purchase lies lies lies !!!!!

run fast.

Took 6 weeks for it to arrive, it is cheaply made in China and arrived with plastic nail guide broken(cheap thin plastic). I don't believe the B.S story about being a mom and pop by them selves running this business! These are dropped shipped from China at very best

I ordered on the August 10th. It's the 30th and the one product I ordered still shows "in transit". I've never even heard of a product taking this long to deliver in the 2020's. It might be a good product if it ever arrives.

I liked the way the company gave a history of it's establishment . It made me feel comfortable and that the Maximutt filer was what I needed. When my order was delayed, I contacted Maximutt and immediately received an update on the shipping of my order.
I received my order the next day in good condition, and followup concern by shipper.
The trimmer works well and easy to use.

I waited for my purchase a bit longer than I would expect normally, but when I I emailed Maximutt about it they responded back right away. They were very considerate and understanding of my frustration of not receiving my purchase in a timely manner. The shipping was partly to blame. Because of their concern and kindness in handling my order I would buy again from them. My recommendation is a yes! By the the way… my purchase was the nail grinder for my pooch. I used it on my pooch. It works well, and pretty quiet. I’m slowly introducing it to my pooch. 1st session went well. Thanks again Maximutt
