A week before wedding, I was looking for a shoe as the shoe i supposed to wear did not match the outfit. Mayfeyr went the extra mile by helping me to expedite it and I manage to receive it before wedding. It comes in proper packaging and the shoe is authentic. Chanced upon Mayfeyr when I was searching for a bag that I have always been wanting to get. Instead of seeing it from the brand's official site, I noticed the listing on Mayfeyr and noticed it is also having a big discount on Mayfeyr, which makes the prices so much more attractive than buying from the brand's website or from their boutique.
So I placed my order at Mayfeyr and the customer service contacted me immediately the second day to brief me about when the item is expected to be shipped and when I can expect to receive it.

Nearing the delivery day, customer service contacted me again to make sure I am at home at the timing I previously specified so that they can safely deliver the item to me in person. The whole communication process with customer service staff has been smooth and fuss-free.

In the end, I received the bag I have always been wanting to get and at a much lower price.

I enjoyed this shopping experience at Mayfeyr and would recommend others who want to give it a try.

Super fast delivery and the shop provided me daily update on the status of my item start from Italy all the way to Singapore store and from Singapore store to my house. It was my 1st time purchasing with Mayfeyr. I used Trustpilot to check them out too! :P What I appreciated about Mayfeyr is the constant, personalised service they provide. You need not ask abt updates fm them. It was given.

There was some confusion abt my purchase. it got me worried initially. BUT, I realised that I need not be. The Mayfeyr team reached out and fm then on keep me updated on what is happening etc until it was settled. My purchase was 'hand delivered' to me, as promised, within the date AND time promised. Kudos to the Mayfeyr team! Will definitely be back for more! :)

First time buying online from a indirect luxury seller was a bit worried if it was legit. But they provided excellent service from start to end, informing me when my order were shipped, when it be delivered, and refund given for one of the 2 bags I bought. even gave me a jar of cookies. 5 star service, bags were beautiful exactly what u get in the stores. You get luxury bags at a better price and better service than at the stores, wat more could u ask for.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover Mayfeyr’s website offering my dream Christian Louboutin pumps (sold out elsewhere in my size) at rather competitive prices. The team kept me updated with shipping and tracking information, and it provided me with peace of mind that I was communicating with an actual person instead of an automated bot. After receiving the shoes, I compared it fastidiously with existing shoes and packaging (which I had previously purchased from the brand’s retail store): I am very pleased to attest to their authenticity!
