Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience! Do not attend their seminars.

They keep spamming you with daily calls using AI voice agents, even after you have repeatedly blocked their numbers. They simply keep finding new ways to call and disturb you. Their services are equally disappointing, with false promises and commitments that they fail to honour. This kind of aggressive marketing and misleading behaviour is completely unacceptable.

They have no respect for people's time, privacy, or peace of mind. Avoid them if you value your time and privacy.

This is absolutely fraud company. They have wasted my 36,000₹. They dont give proper idea about what will they provide in it during their enrollment workshop. Website SEO, GMB SEO, Whatsapp Api Bulk Messaging Marketing, Website Development etc they were supposed to service in that amount. But after enrollment i found there were lengthy procedure of support system. I told them to redesign my website but the just gave me normal website without customised images and with fixed templates. They didnt use my previous website's detail seo pages data. So my all seo ranking vanished in a few seconds huge mistake. They never took me into consideration for keywords deciding.

I asked them to provide me keyword analysis and they sent me something weird. I asked them this is not keyword analysis. They were not understanding the terms Keyword Difficulty etc. They were not using semrush etc paid seo tools. It was embarassing that seo experts were not knowing anything about seo.

Initially in webinar they said they will provide me multi page website but in later conversations they revealed that they will give upto 100 landing pages not website inbound pages. Keywords and landing pages selected were weird. For eg I practise in Rahatani/ Pimple Saudagar and many landing pages were like chakan, undri etc.

Whatsapp bulk messaging meeting was also very fast and it went bouncer to me. They never designed whatsapp flow as per my opinion. Later my bulk messaging was not working and that also was detected by them so late.

There blog generation system was also bad. They give you a form after filling that form blog gets developed and published within a few seconds.
Means everything is AI generated. They dont have dedicated expert content writer for anyone.

I asked them for refund but they never agreed their fault. They are bluffing business owners, enrolling in bulk and delivering worst services.

Overall this is absolutely fraud company who has employed many inefficient people to bluff the business owners and do experiments in digital marketing.

Before payment, several commitments and assurances were made, and the services were presented very positively. However, after making the payment, communication became extremely difficult. Customer care numbers were either unavailable or not responding, and there was no satisfactory response from employees or on official communication groups.

As a customer, I expected timely support and updates, but unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service that was promised. Based on my personal experience, I would advise prospective customers to conduct thorough research and seek clear written commitments before engaging in business with MBG Card.

**Very Poor Experience with MBG**

After attending the webinar conducted by **Mr. Abhinav Dubey**, I was convinced to enrol in the course and paid **₹32,000 upfront**.

Unfortunately, my experience after enrolment has been extremely disappointing. Getting the services for which I have **already paid** has become a **big challenge**.

Every time I need assistance, I have to raise a ticket. After that, there may or may not be a call from the team, and there is no clear ownership or timely resolution of the issue.

I was also provided a **ZIP file containing creatives for an entire year**, but the file does not open. Despite raising the issue, I have not been able to get proper assistance to access or use the creatives.

There is also a website-related issue. MBG initially developed one website, which was later discontinued. They subsequently developed a **new website**, and I now need to add new photographs and make updates to it. However, getting assistance for even these basic updates has been extremely difficult.

My concern is not about asking for anything extra. **I am simply asking for the services that I have already paid for and was promised.**

A customer should not have to repeatedly raise tickets and chase the service provider for basic support after making an upfront payment of ₹32,000.

I sincerely hope MBG takes this feedback seriously, improves its customer support and provides proper assistance to existing customers instead of leaving them to figure things out on their own.

**Extremely disappointing experience so far.**

My experience with MBG Card has been extremely disappointing. The services and commitments made at the time of purchase were not delivered as promised. After payment, getting proper support and resolution became a major challenge.

I have repeatedly followed up regarding the issue, but instead of resolving the matter properly, committed service has not been provided.I do NOT need the MBG Card service anymore. I have clearly requested resolution, but my concern has not been satisfactorily addressed. I would strongly advise other customers to carefully verify every commitment in writing before making any payment. Based on my personal experience, I am extremely unhappy with the service, support, and accountability.
I am now considering taking appropriate legal action to recover my amount and address the failure to provide the services as committed.

Its about denying responsibility for commitment given by there employee .The person Utkarsh Jain ( CEO) says he is not sales person,so he can't help it

Now I found many people already fighting legal battle in consumer court

its alarm for all of us be careful before making payments

Quality of whatsapp integration with AI very poor. Instead of getting new customer, you will lose your existing customer. May be Mr. Avinav Dubey know the work but he is not going to do your job, he has hired lot of very juniors freshers inexperienced employees. They don't even know what is business, just learning AI and know how to chat over whatsapp. They will configure your account in a very substandard and unprofessional way, no customer will appreciate them.

These people dont give any proper response to the customer and after taking money these people always blame us(customer) that you dont know the process....but in reality these dont even trained us and doesn't not provide resolution to any problem..... seriously dont take there service at all.

Their staff is not qualified. They are not so technichal who understang the requirements of the user. Whatever the salesperson tells at the time of selling their product is a lie. They will not help you in growing the business because everything is video-based, and you only have to do it yourself, which they do not tell you at the time of selling their product. A traditional business owner can't understand and do all this bullshit. Be true to the customer by disclosing all the prerequisites to the customer.

I had initially paid for the in dec 2024 for a business which got acquired within 2to 3 days of signing up. I told them to refund the amount since no work had gotten started. They refused to refund. Ultimately, I started another business in April 2026, for which they said they will provide the services. But, their staff is inefficient and inept. They don't provide the scope of work at the start of the contract. They don't provide SEO based on the need of the business. They do some sort of a joke in the name of SEO. Their employees don't answer phone calls and whatsapp messages. And their customer care number has changed twice in the last 2 months. Looks like they are out to cheat people. Previously a recorded call with abhinav dubey’s (the owner )voice used to come to ask if there are any complaints. Now that has stopped. Not a trustworthy organisation at all. My website work is still pending since one dnd a half month. Their staff writes blogs which copy pasted from chat got or some AI software. That also had grammatical mistakes.they make you pay for 15 months of service, but, the reality is that even after 3 months, my business is yet to get launched online. Pl do not subscribe to their marketing package.

Very disappointing experience with MBG Card. I paid for the promised services, but the commitments made at the time of payment were not fulfilled. After collecting the amount, proper support and service delivery were missing. I faced repeated delays and poor communication. I request others to verify all details, commitments, and reviews carefully before making any payment.

Do NOT buy any product from this company. I paid 35,000+ for one year of service, but after 6 months had passed, I did not get the service I paid for. I emailed and spoke with their team members for a refund, but nobody entertained me. Fake and fraudulent company. Do not waste your hard-earned money.

Very Very bad experience none of team member is taking serious to the customer who paid a lot amount. Don't trust on this company.

• Every new person asks for the same details again

The most concerning part is the consistent pattern:

This has happened repeatedly across departments, indicating a serious internal breakdown.

As a customer who trusted the company with my brand and digital presence, this experience has caused operational delays, business impact, and unnecessary stress.
