A week ago when I attempted to withdraw…
A week ago when I attempted to withdraw my funds I was selected for a random security check. After 7 days of sending and resending my documents because supposedly the photos I sent were "blurry", I received another email today basically saying "we'll let you know when we're done with my account review. No date, no reason why and this is after I sent my documents in 5 times! With the same response every time. One of your documents is blurry. Oh an they suspended my account as well. For a random security check. What a bunch of crap! I won't be back. Hopefully they don't rip me off. I'm guessing since it's been over a week with a bunch of vague excuses I've already been ripped off and just need to accept it. My advice, find somewhere that actually appreciates the people that dump thousands of dollars into their casino. Mbit will take advantage of you the second you attempt to cash out. Just fyi!

Scammed 5000 USD from me
I signed up, deposited a few times. And I won 5000 USD. But mbitcasino wanted my ID. Fine. I sent it to them. Then they wanted another picture. And another. A utility bill. Selfie with a signature. Another selfie with a signature, back of my ID...
Then radio silence for over a week.
Finally they e-mailed me today to tell me they are closing my account and won't be paying me my money, which is VERY ILLEGAL here in the EU.
AVOID!!!

100% best service
Thanks alot kate and thanks you very much to my Host Lily!!!
Your guy always makes me very happy, attentive, and helpful . I am very 100% satisfied, You guy did give me the best service 👍🏻thanks you. P/s: I gave a good review because of the help I needed. They were dedicated and happy to help me, and I was very satisfied. They didn't ask me to leave a review or offer me a bonus for leaving a good comment. The comments I left were based on my experiences when I needed help or had questions, and the staff always helped me solve them.
