Win once but never again ……
I won but put most back and can’t win to save my life , like I got put on a no pay no win list of some sort , my fault for thinking I’d ever win like that again , but even the winnings didn’t bring me close to what I’ve deposited , but by far better than any other online casino, and out of thousands of dollars spent I only received two stellar wheel spins and most my bonuses were taken back which is so unfair to players that we don’t even get ample time to play boy our benefits for playing , it’s getting ridiculous actually . Sorry but I just don’t get how you can actually spin a reel 50 times in a row and lose ….. mind blowing .

Thank you for sharing your experience so openly. We understand how frustrating it can feel when luck turns around after a big win, especially when it seems like results aren’t matching the time and money invested. Gambling outcomes can vary significantly, and long losing streaks can certainly feel discouraging - we truly empathize with that.
We’d like to reassure you that all our games operate on certified random number generators, meaning outcomes are never influenced by previous wins, deposits, or player activity. That said, we recognize that perception and experience matter just as much as the technical side, and we’re sorry this period hasn’t been enjoyable for you.
Regarding bonuses, wheel spins, and benefit availability, these are tied to specific activity requirements and timeframes. If you ever feel something was removed too quickly or doesn’t seem clear, our support or VIP team is always happy to review the details with you and explain exactly how it was applied.
We genuinely appreciate your honesty - both positive and critical feedback helps us improve. If you’d like, we strongly encourage you to reach out directly so we can look into your account and ensure everything has been handled correctly.
Thank you for being part of mBitcasino. We hope your next sessions bring a much better experience.

I really like how u get a personal host once u have gotten to the v.i.p. levels. I love touching base with the same person and having only one person help u if u have an issue. I also like that their bonases do not have a max cashout like most other casinos. If u win big and u have met the wager requirements it's all yours. Many things to list that I love about this places, it has so far been my #1 for all online gaming.

Updated for 5 stars...
The refer a friend rewards are a complete scam. With my friend who was sitting right next to me I sent the referral link to his device and watched him click the link and sign up. Then he deposited $33 in etherium and that according to the term should have completed the requirements for the reward.
In this case NOPE ...his deposit was added to his account and he played.
The promised reward never showed up in my account. So I emailed support and they responded quickly asking for his email and they then tell me "sorry to say but your friend didn't use your refer a friend link."
Bold face Lie
Scam
Casino is real and will cash out but they are shitty for the deceitful bull crap.
Note : this was resolved gracefully and I highly recommend them to all players of all kinds.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re genuinely glad to hear everything was ultimately resolved to your satisfaction.
Regarding the referral reward: we understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t appear to work as expected- especially when you’ve followed the steps carefully.
We’re happy that after reviewing your case, the issue was resolved gracefully. We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout the process, and we’re grateful for your recommendation.
If you or your friend ever has any questions or runs into anything at all, our support team is here 24/7 and always ready to help.
Thanks again for being part of our community, and we wish you the best of luck at the tables!
After seeing so many positive reviews
After seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to try the platform myself. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. After 10 sessions, I barely managed to win anything. The slots feel completely dead — out of 100 bets across 10–15 games, I won only about 5 times, and only 2–3x the bet amount, even though the displayed RTP is 97%. I also tried bonus buys, around 50 specials, with the same disappointing results — not even getting my money back.
However, I did make a withdrawal just to test it, and I did receive the money quickly .
PS : i will try few more session If Something change i will share with You , but for the moment that s my opinion.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s always helpful to hear from someone who’s given a platform a solid try. It’s really unfortunate that you’ve had such a negative experience with the slots and bonus buys, especially given the high RTP. That can definitely be frustrating when you’re expecting better returns.
It’s good to hear that the withdrawal process was smooth, though. I hope your next sessions bring a better outcome. If you do find that things improve, definitely share your update. Fingers crossed the luck turns around for you!
Best of luck with your next rounds!

Scam scumbags like all the rest
Scam scumbags like all the rest. Advertise 97 percent rtp. But I can tell you that if you make an account, start playing a game, pump over 1,000 dollars into the same slot and not a single spin wins a penny back, that the rtp of 97 percent is a downright lie. Scumbags
